3. THE TIMING FOR INTERGRATED VOCATIONAL PRACTICAL SUBJECTS WILLBE THREE HOURS DURATION.

4. FOR THE PROJECT EVALUATION AND VIVA-VOCE IN COMMERCESTREAM FOR REGULAR AND DISTANCE EDUCATION (REGULAR),GROUPS ARE TO BE FORMED TAKING MINIMUM 32 STUDENTS IN AGROUP. EVALUATION AND VIVA.VOCE TO BE COMPLETED FOR A GROUPIN THREE HOURS. (TWO GROUPS TO BE EVALUATED IN A DAy, (L0 A.M.TO 1 P.M. AND 2 P.M. TO 5 P.M.)

5. THE EXAMINATIONS OF BIOLOGY (SECTION-A: BOTANY & SECTION-B:ZOOLOGY) FOR REGUALR STUDENTS U/ILL BE HELD IN A SINGLESITTING.

6. ALL EX-REGULAR CANDIDATES i.e REGISTRATION UPTO THE YEAR 20L5WILL APPEAR IN YELLOW COLOUR QUESTTON AS pER 201.4-17 SYLLABT.HOWEVER THE QUESTION PAPER IN ENGLISH (REGULAR & EX-REGULAR)WILL BE THE SAME.

The Exarniners of Practical Exarnination shouldsubmit the mark foils ancl scripts to the Principal as soon as the Practical Examination isover. ln case the Principals do not get the n-rarks/scripts within the stipulated period; thevrnust intimate this to Council.Date of subnrission of va]ued scripts/rnark foils etc ofPractical Examinations in F{ead office shall be notifiec'l latter on. All Principals /F{eadmasters/f{eadn'ristress are requested to circulate this programme r,vell in advance inthelir respective institutious.

Further, it has come to the notice of the Council that letters mentioning dates ofPractical Examinations to External Examiners appointed by the Council are notintimated by some Principals in time and other substitute External Examiners are

appointed in their place. When External Examiners fail to turn up with sufficientgrounds, the Principals/ Centre Superintendents can appoint External Examiners withprior permission of the Controller of Examinations. In case of delay in communicationto the Original External Examiners and alternative arrangements by the Principal /Centre Superintendent without intirnation to Conkoller of Examinations in time will beseriously viewed and the Cenke Superintendent will be held responsible for any actiontaken by the Council in this regard including withhold or cancellation of results.
