Limited Tender is invited for carrying out the work as per Annexure-1, Annexure-2 & G-Schedule.

The tender must be submitted in sealed envelopes superscripted clearly with the "Nameof work" and tender number duly addressed to the Executive Engineer {220 KVGSS}, RRVPNL, Bikaner and shall be deposit with the concern authority before due date.The tender will be opened at 3.30 pm on Ot. 19/07/2016 {Tuesday} in the presence ofthe tenderer if any.Any over righting and cutting on tender should not be accepted and the same will berejected

Tenders uncompleted in any respect will not be considered.All addition and alterations in the tender submitted must be clearly initiated. The ratesshould also be quote rates both in words and figures, wherever there is any differencebetween rates in figure and word the lower rates is acceptedTender received late on any alc shall not be considered.Tender offer will be valid for 30 days from the date of opening of tenderAll the enclosed documents should be stamped & signed by the tendering firm.

Tenderer is not allowed to submit the conditional tender and all conditional tender shallbe rejectedTenderer should comply all the items mentioned in tender notice, general condition oftender, general condition of contract.The undersigned does not bind him-self to accept the lowest tender or any tender andreserve the right to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.Payment Terms - 90% Payment will be made within a month after completion of work &on presentation of bill in triplicate and balance 10% after 06 months from the date ofsatisfactory completionof work.The quantity of material/work will be increased I decreased by 10% as per requirement.

The tenderer is bind to complete the work in the stippled time frame given in the contractdocumentsTenderer should give the details of taxes, service tax or any other charges if livable, afteropening of tender it will not be considered.

17. As this work is petty work and being limited tender, hence no tender cost is required. TheEMD by the 1st lowest firm @ 2% will be deposited after opening of limited tender.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITION OF WORK -

1. The contractor should have valid electrical license and shall also have necessary registrationwith concerned Govt. Departement wherever required under the law.

2. The contractor shall ensure the use of safety devices, which are to be provided the contractorand shall take precautions, as per norms,

3. The contractor shall follow a safe method of working so that there is no damage to Nigam'smaterial and also no injuiry to any of his workers.

4. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of workers and RVPN will not beresponsible for any type of accident minor or fatal to any person at works site i.e. patrolling ofline,

5. The contractor should have capability of providing required labour under emergentcircumstance at short notice.

6. All the work man provided by the contractor shall be ensured for the accidents by thecontractor.

7. The contractor should also be responsible to cover all risk arising due to act of omission ofhis employeeswhich results in loss / injury to the contractor / his employees/ RVPN or to thirdparties.

8. The patrolling work should be must completed with in 45 days from the date of work order.

9. The routine patrolling work done as per specification and brief detail of patrolling to be enterin patrooling sheet attached, as per Annexure-2.
