UNWIND

Make-ReadyMark both sides of the rollwith a red line. The red line indicates the end of good forms and the start of make-ready.

Paper Tail at the Roll CoreEach roll tail must be securely fastened (taped) across the width of the core to prevent the roll from spinning off the core.

Core & Roll Edge AlignmentThe core must be flush with the left and right edges of the roll.

Stretch Wrapping the PalletAfter the rolls have been strapped to the pallet, stretch wrap will be wrapped around the palletized roll set and strapping.

Number of Rolls per PalletThe number of rolls per palletwill vary depending on the

customer order requirements.

Unwind ArrowThe word “Unwind” with anarrow illustrates the unwinddirection of the roll.

Roll Core I.D.A 6.0” diameter I.D. core isillustrated. Roll cores are

available in 3.0”, 5.0”, & 6.0”I.D. sizes. The minimum corewall thickness is 0.50”. Thecore length extends the fullwidth of the roll.

Stretch Wrapping each RollStretch wrap is applied aroundthe circumference of each roll.Customer Option:Cardboard protector (separator)between each roll.

The”Unwind” arrow will beplaced on both sides of the roll.

Roll ChockA 3.0” I.D. core is used to chockthe roll to the pallet. The core isone piece and extends the lengthof the palletized roll set.
