Manager’s Musing

Here we are in the middle of winter again. At time of writing we have had 2 or 3 snowfalls. When snow falls again we have a contractor that will arrive within hours to clear the parkade ramp and all the walkways. You may also see your’s truly with a shovel and/or a snowblower trying to keep things clear. Growing up in Ontario I’ve had lots of practice at this.

In 2016 we changed the Arbourside colour scheme, updated the emergency pen-dant system, installed our beautiful new notice boards, and improved the lighting. Your Manage-ment Team is looking forward to making more improvements in 2017

Over the course of the year I

will be contacting tenants in advance of their lease term’s expiry. My hope is that you will extend this arrangement and continue to enjoy the good life here at Arbourside. I have found that it’s also a great time to get to know each other better and to learn more about what would make living here even

better.

If you have any questions about your lease arrangements or any of the rules and regulations that affect us as tenant and landlord, please stop by my office.

Paul JanzenGeneral Manager
