St. Johns County, Fla., - April 22, 2015 - Watson Realty Corp. is excited to announce the purchase of an office-building site in Nocatee.

The office will provide real estate services including sales, leasing, property management, mortgage and title services.

Plans for the site include the construction of a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot building with 4,200 square feet for the real estate office and 1,800 square feet for rental space.

The anticipated completion date of the project is November 2015. This office is part of Watson's initiative for continued growth in northeast Florida and throughout the state.
