Kolkata Port Trust Employees (Pension) 'Fliird Amendment Regulations, 2010

In exercise 01 powers .conferred by Section 28 of Major Port Tursts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and woh the sanction ofthe Central Government under Section 124 (1) of the said Act, the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kolkata hereby makes the billowing Regulations o 3rnend the Kolkata Port I rust Ernpolyees' (Pension) Regulations, 1988

Shortlitle and commencer-I-lent (1) These Regulations may be called the "Kolkata Port Trust Firriployeec (Pension) Third Amendment

Regulations, 2010”,
