Introduction
Dear Stakeholders,
The 2011 year was a strong year of consolidation for NOJA Power that has
laid the platform for significant growth in 2012.
Our manufacturing capacity has been significantly expanded in 2011 due
to investment in an additional production line, additional storage capacity,
additional production employees and the implementation of a full second
shift with our Brisbane Australia facility now operating from 6:00am to
11:00pm every day.
The ongoing demand for our products is forecast to continue due to the significant Smart Grid investments being
made by our electricity utility customers globally. NOJA Power is well placed to respond to this demand in 2012 by
the investments made in 2011.
In 2011 we implemented a SAP, ERP and MRP Computer System that is assisting with better planning and
management of our business.
NOJA Power has established subsidiary entities in the United Kingdom, Brazil and Chile to better service our
customers in their own time zones.
NOJA Power Brazil will begin to manufacture our products with a finished goods manufacturing facility located in
Campinas in the State of Sao Paulo Brazil in 2012.
Our low voltage switchgear division continues to specialise in infra-structure projects and successfully completed the
Brisbane airport link and northern bus way switchgear project in 2011.
We are committed to continue research and development to provide new and innovative products of the highest
possible quality and lowest environmental impact and maintain third party accreditation to ISO9001 and ISO14001
to assist us with serving this commitment.
We celebrated the 10th anniversary of our company at the beginning of 2012 and we are confident 2012 will be NOJA
Power’s most successful year on record to date.
We look forward to being of service.
