To CREATE YOUR ACTIVE Net Account here https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/bgcgh/Home (Laptop or Desktop required)

Create the account in your name (Parent/Guardian). The person who creates the account is considered the “Head of Household”.

Add your family members as applicable. Add 2 emergency contacts for each child (should not be the parent/guardian). Ensure you have

added all authorized pickups to your child/ren’s information as applicable.

Add a parent/guardian email to each child/ren’s info. If you do not include an email, you will miss out on important correspondence from

the Club.

Children with special needs (medical or behavioral) may not be admitted until all necessary resources are in place. Parents/

guardians must meet with the Director of Programs (or designate) to ensure our organization has the capacity to provide services and

meet a child’s needs. All cases are assessed on an individual basis. Any parent/guardian who does not follow this procedure prior to reg-

istration will have their child/ren/s registration rendered void until such a time that the requirements are met. Registration can then proceed

as applicable based on space availability (space not guaranteed).
