The Tabletop Navigation Box helps you keep track of all your notecards.
You can move it around to locate your cards.
Don’t panic if you open your tabletop and you can’t see all your notecards!
Check the position of your Navigation box,and move it around to bring all your cards into view.
You may also need to shift some cards.

You can add Tags to your notecards:For instance, Colors and Visual Cues
Color-coded notecards show upin the Navigation box.
Click here to create a new notecard
Choose the source your notecardshould be linked to,
create your notecard andSAVE.
Your New Notecard will appear here
Drag your new notecard onto the Tabletop
Drag notecards on the same topic into Piles or select one and use the Add to Pile button
To select a card on a PC, Ctrl-Click
To select a card on a Mac, Command-Click
Name your new pile and click OK
These piles each contain 2 notecards
Print your notecards

You can build your outline as you go
Or you can build it before you start taking notesand edit it as your research progresses
Drag Notecards and Piles into your outline
Notecards used in your outline will be checked offso you’ll know you used them
Add, manipulate, and delete the parts of your outline using these buttons
Print your outlinewith or without notecards
