Norma was in charge of many facets of our flooring & furniture business. She implemented at a minimum the following:

Implemented and managed the staff with the RFMS software Entered and maintained all items in our database for pricing and product details Printed all labels, tags and price list for all products Managed our Accounts Payables Implemented many Carpet One Software Programs Managed all IT Supervised multiple administrative staff Established procedures for warehouse management Completed receiving of inventory Supervised Order Entry and Order processing Managed and supervised Quarterly Inventories

With out question I would highly recommend Norma for any position that she is interested in. Her work ethic, dedication, talent and integrity are the best that I've experienced in my 40 years of business. She set the bar high for all of her colleagues and at the same time maintained everyone's total respect. In her 15 years with our company we became a family. She always had the company's best interest in mind. We have had a number of fabulous employees through the years, with that being said, the top of our list is Norma.
