NOTES1. The purpose of this Survey is to provide an ALTA\ACSM Land Title Survey & certification for the parcels shown hereon.2. A Title Commitment prepared by InWest Title Services, Inc., West Haven, Utah, Commitment Number 201413, Effective Date: June 13, 2013, was

utilized in the preparation of this Survey. Focus Engineering & Surveying, LLC is entitled to rely on the accuracy if that report, and is not liable forerrors and omissions based on the reliance of said Title Report. All record parcels and title exceptions noted on this Survey are referenced from saiddocument.

3. The Basis of Bearing for this Survey is S0°01'00”E along the monument line of 600 West Street between the found monuments at North Temple and100 South Street.

4. All offsets from buildings\improvements to property lines are measured either perpendicular or radially from said property lines.5. #5 rebar & cap (FOCUS ENG) to be set at all exterior boundary corners of the composite legal description unless noted otherwise.6.
