With soothing relaxation techniques, you’ll leave feeling renewed, energized and with peace of mind. Please bring a water bottle.
Preschool Yoga (2.5-5 years)Yoga isn’t just for adults — and this class proves it! By stimulating the growing mind and bringing a healthy practice to your child’s daily life, they’ll learn how to self-express, think positively and expand their minds. Fun yoga postures, breath work and games will bring children together in an open-minded class. Through co-operative postures we’ll inspire children to have positive peer interactions and build friendships. Please bring a water bottle.
