Objective : Improvement in basic urban services and strengthenurban local self government institutions.
Towns Covered : Agartala (Tripura), Aizawl (Mizoram), Gangtok(Sikkim) and Kohima (Nagaland).
Projects : Water, Sewerage and Solid Waste Management
Total Cost $ 285.6 million.
To be completed in three Tranches from 2009-2015.
Loan of $ 30 mn for Tranche-I effective from Nov 2009
