What are the next steps?

Planning staff forwards the file to the County Office of Housing & Development.

The County will do an environmental and historical review. They will provide the

necessary business documents to the applicant

to complete the process

The applicant obtains 3 proposals from local

contractors and will select the lowest bid and the contracts are signed.

A pre-construction meeting is held and the permits are in

process.
