Anne Ad Hoc Committee Role: Forum for building consensus on alternatives; provide input on project challenges; guide development of MOU between TAM and City of San Rafael. Membership: Four Elected Officials that serve on TAM Commission - Damon Connolly, Dennis Rodoni, Gary Phillips, Dan Hilmer. Executive Steering Committee Role: Forum for building consensus on alternatives; provide input on project challenges and solutions from the community view; each member to provide input to their associated elected body. Membership: Executive staff from agencies. Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Role: Forum for building consensus on project alternatives; provide technical guidance to the project team. Membership: Technical staff from Caltrans, MTC/BATA, TAM, CCTA, San Rafael, Larkspur, County of Marin. Stakeholder Working Group (SWG) Role: Forum for building consensus on project alternatives; provide public input to project team to be shared with the Ad Hoc, Executive Steering Committee, and Technical Advisory Committee. Membership: Broad spectrum of community interests.
