Northeast Wisconsin Suicide Prevention Summit Thursday, October 24, 2019 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Liberty Hall, Kimberly, Wisconsin This summit is designed to bring hope to those impacted by suicide by increasing their understanding of suicide and its prevalence, identifying the risk factors for specific populations and finding better ways to reach those who are suffering. Keynote Speaker “Palette of Grief ® After a Suicide” Barbara Rubel, MA, BCETS, DAAETS Barbara, a nationally recognized author and speaker on suicide- loss bereavement and building community resilience, will present “Palette of Grief ® After a Suicide.” Barbara holds a BS in Psychology and a MA in Community Health from Brooklyn College. She is a Certified Bereavement Specialist and Board-Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress. She is featured in the Emmy Award-winning documentary, Fatal Mistakes. Registration Fee: $129 Includes presentations, continental breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages, printed materials and CEU/CEH certificate. Continuing Education: 0.6 CEUs/6 CEHs Continuing education credit hours are available. Participants must attend the entire conference to receive all of the CEUs/CEHs.
