Notice of Intention to Transfer Property of an Association
Cradle NT
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 54(2) of the said Act that in pursuance
of a resolution of the above association passed on the 17th May 2015 is the
intention of the association to transfer all its property, both real and personal to
Sids and Kids NT on the expiration of twenty-eight days after the publication of this
notice.
Any member or creditor of the Association may within 28 days after the date of the
publication of this notice, make application to the Supreme Court for an order
prohibiting the proposed transfer of property.

Legal Profession Act (2006)
The Funds Management Committee gives notice, in accordance with section 392 (4)(a) of the Legal Profession Act 2006 of the making of a decision under section 392(1) of the Legal Profession Act 2006.
The decision is that for the period of 12 months commencing on 1 July 2015, the class of local legal practitioners who are not government lawyers and prescribed by Regulation 84 of the Legal Profession Regulations as being required to pay an annual contribution under section 392(1) of the Legal Practitioner Act 2006:
Local legal practitioners holding practising certificates in the category of “unrestricted” are required to pay a contribution of $270.00 to the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund; and
Local legal practitioners holding practising certificates in the category of “barrister”, only if they hold a trust account, are required to pay a contribution of $270.00 to the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund; and
Local legal practitioners holding practising certificates in the categories of “barrister”, only if they do not hold a trust account, “restricted” (corporate) and “restricted (barrister and solicitor)” are required to pay no contribution to the Fidelity Fund.
In making this decision, the Funds Management Committee had regard to the advice of an Actuary as required by section 392(3) of the Legal Profession Act 2006.

Alteration of Name of Place and Naming of PlaceRoads in Virginia, Hundred of Strangways
I, David William Tollner, Minister for Lands and Planning, under section 11D(1) of the
Place Names Act, give notice that:
(a) on the recommendation of the Place Names Committee for the
Northern Territory, I have approved:
(i) the naming of Woodward Road in Virginia, Hundred of Strangways;
and
(ii) the alteration of the name of Ayliffe Circuit in Virginia, Hundred of
Strangways, to Ayliffe Road; and
(b) the name and location of each road is as indicated on Compiled Plan 5498,
which may be inspected at the office of the Surveyor-General, 3 rd Floor
NAB House, 71 Smith Street, Darwin; and
(c) the names are recorded in the register kept by the Committee, which may
be inspected on the Committee's website at:
