Our ultra-modern aerospace campus features over

86,000 square feet of customized training filled with

over 20 aircraft. Located on site at the Thief River Falls

airport, Northland Aerospace offers simulated

Unmanned

Northland offers the FIRST Unmanned Aerial Systems Maintenance

Training program in the entire country. As the UAS sector expands into the

civilian markets, the need for quality technicians will rise overnight.

Our training is based on what the leading companies want and need so

you will be highly employable upon completion of the 30-credit program!

Northland’s UAS program concentrates on the maintenance and repair of

all components related to unmanned aerial vehicles,

ground control stations, and

communication systems between

unmanned aerial vehicles and satellites.

ImageryDo you want to control your own destiny and be employable nearly

anywhere in the world? Look no further than our Imagery Analysis (IA)

program. The first program of it’s kind in the nation, it will prepare you to

analyze, interpret, and communicate information ranging from full motion

video to satellite imagery.

The increasing use of UAV’s means that companies and the government

are drowning in data with no one to analyze it. We saw the need and have

created a hands-on program based on industry need to help you

capitalize on this untapped market. Doesn’t a job working for the CIA, FBI,

FEMA, DNR, or local law enforcement sound exciting? From Alaska to the

Middle East, you will be highly employable.

Military Veterans

Get Started:1. Complete an application online and pay a $20 application fee.2. Provide Northland with an official copy of your high school transcript or GED.3. Request that all official previous college transcripts be sent to Northland.4. Complete the Immunization Form and return it to Northland. 5. File for financial aid by completing the Financial Assistance Packet online.6. Complete the New Student Scholarship Application online.7. North Dakota residents need to complete a reciprocity form or online application.
