The following prices do not include return postage, insurance, or sales tax (if applicable). Return postage is exact fee charged by carrier (UPS). Insurance fee is $1.00 per each one-hundred dollar valuation. Iowa retail customers add 7% county and state sales tax. Additional Charges For Metal Finishing AND Gunsmithing Services

Return Postage & Insurance: Effective July 1st, 2018, Customer is responsible for return postage and insurance. Craftguard will charge exact cost billed by carrier.

Mixed Finishes: A mixed finish is when more then one finish is applied to a firearm. Example: Blue barrel and parts, Teflon receiver, and gold plate trigger. Processes will require more time to complete.

“Special Instructions”: Located on bottom of Work Order Form and used to inform Craftguard anything about your firearm.

“Declared Value”: Don’t expect Craftguard to value your firearm! Write the dollar amount for insurance purposes on the “declared value” line of the Work Order Form. If no insurance is wanted, write “0” or “None” on the line. Do not leave the line blank. If the “Declared Value” line is blank, Craftguard will assume you do not want any insurance. Customer not using a Work Order Form must state declare valuation of their firearm for insurance purposes. Filling out the “Work Order Form” (WOF):If you need help filling out the Work Order Form, please phone Craftguard and an employee will assist you.

Credit Card: Effective January 1st, 2018 Craftguard will offer the option to pay by credit card. Craftguard charges a $5.00 fee for payment by credit card. Refer to Work Order Form for terms and conditions.

Guard-Coat, Cerakote®, and DuraCoat®: Please refer to website or catalog and specify which color and identifying sku if applicable under “Special Instructions.”
