The 5 Lakes Area will be fenced off and CLOSED to ALL access prior to seeding. This will help ensure germination so we will have nice green grass all winter long.

The scalping process is a very dusty job. Please try to stay out of the designated areas during scalping and protect yourselves and your property as appropriate.

SAFETY REMINDERS Burglary Prevention Tips - Many burglaries committed do not involve the intruder using force of any kind. The burglar just

slips through an unlocked door or window. Each and every time that you go out make sure all window and doors are locked. Do this even if you are leaving your home a few minutes to talk to a neighbor; it takes very little time for a burglar to be in and out of your home.

If possible install a motion-sensitive light or alarm at the rear and front of your residence. The motion-sensitive lights will ensure that the burglar is bathed in light if he approaches your residence. Leave lights turned on when you are out. Remember that darkness, especially in the back yard, is the burglar’s best friend. It is also a good idea to leave a radio on when you are not home.

Leaving Your Garage Door Cracked Open Can Be Dangerous - Some may think that leaving your garage door open at

the bottom helps keep it cooler inside. However, many of you leave it open far enough that a skinny teenager or young person can crawl under it and have access to the contents of your garage - even worse, they could gain access into your home through the walk-thru door. Please, if you insist on leaving your garage door partially open, don’t leave it open any more than 4” off of the pavement. That should stop all humans from entering - just the creepy crawlers and skunks can get in.

PALO VERDE RESTROOMS REMODEL & COTTONWOOD BAR & GRILL REMODEL PROJECTS The remodel of the Palo Verde Restrooms and Cottonwood Bar & Grill will be taking place over the next several months.

The PV restrooms will be closed during construction. There will be portable restrooms on site. The pool restrooms are also available during the construction project.
