Notice for Exhibitor Registration

Dear Exhibitor, Thank you for your participation to China Wind Power 2016. This Notice for Exhibitor Registration

including the detailed information for exhibitor registration.

General Info Time For raw space booth October 17-18, 2016 8:30 am-5:00 pm

For shell scheme booth October 18, 2016 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Place The west registration hall of New CIEC

Registration Procedure

a) Go to the designated location for registration with this notice and your namecard

b) Sign the “Exhibition Safety Agreement”

c) Collect Exhibitor badges accordingly

How to pre-apply the Exhibitor Badge?

Log on to the "For Exhibitors" channel in CWP2016 website www.chinawind.org.cn to fulfill the

application form. Please be noted that this service will be closed on October 10,2016.

Quantity of exhibitor passes is distributed as the following principal.

If additional passes are required, exhibitors shall pay CNY 50 for each additional one.

Vehicle Passes Application Passes for Discharging Area A pass is needed for enter the discharging area.Make sure to apply the pass in on-site construction

administration office or Gate 5 of New CIEC.

Please apply one more pass for your dismantling vehicle at the same time.

Passes for Parking Area One pass can confirm a parking lot during the show period (Daytime Only). You are required

to present the driving license and vehicle license to apply the pass in on-site construction

administration office of New CIEC.

Route to New CIEC Driving a Car Take Jingcheng Expressway - exit from Huosha Rd.(Houshayu tollbooth) –turn right drive to Luoma

Roundabout – turn right onto Tianbei Rd. – arrive at New CIEC by following the traffic signs

(See Driving Route Map in Attachment 3)

Metro Line Take Metro Line13 at Dongzhimen Station - get off at Wangjingxi Station - take Metro Line 15 - get

off at Guozhan Station

Public Bus Line Take bus 915 (to Shunyi), 916 (to Huairou) at Dongzhimen bus station (departure) - get off at

Maliandian bus stop

The organizer will provide shuttle bus from Guozhan station to west registration hall of New CIEC from 17th to 21th,October.

Exhibition Catalogue Pick-up Please bring Exhibition Catalogue Pick-up card to window "Exhibitor Exhibition Catalogue

Pick-up" (This card will be issued on exhibitor registration days.)

Please pay attention Safety You are kindly reminded to pay attention to the safety for your booth construction as well as the

safety of your personnel and belongings during the event.

Local Weather It is deep Autumn in Beijing during the show period. Temperature will be about 59 Fahrenheit in day

time and 41 Fahrenheit at night.

Exhibition Safety Agreement 1. The person in charge of exhibiting shall be the one who is responsible for the safety of stand.

He/she shall inform staff on booth of following safety rules of the exhibition and put safety at

the highest priority.

2. Smoking in the exhibition halls is strictly forbidden.

3. During the booth construction period, all persons entering the exhibition hall should wear safety

helmets.

4. Valuable articles shall not be kept in the halls overnight. After exhibition halls are closed, exhibitor

shall check the completeness of exhibits and switch off power.

5. A list of articles transported into the exhibition halls shall be prepared by each exhibitor and a note

of approval shall be presented in order to take these articles out of the halls.

6. Halls are open to exhibitors at 8:30 am every day and will be cleared and closed at 5:00 pm.

Exhibitor personnel shall leave the halls after all the visitors are out and no overtime will be

permitted. There will be no break time at noon and stands shall remain attended during lunchtime.

7. The dismantling time is 3:00 pm-9:00 pm, October 21, 2016. No Exhibitors will be allowed to take

any exhibits out of their stands before that time period.

8. Exhibits move-in and move-out should be strictly under the direction from the organizer, and the

exhibiting company should be responsible for the results of any nonobservance.

Overtime working application for booth construction shall be made to custom service center at

south registration hall before 3:00 pm and pay the fees on site.

9. Exhibitor personnel shall wear their passes to go inside the halls and the passes shall not be

given to others.

10. Exhibitors are kindly asked to keep quiet within the exhibition halls and the volume shall be lower

than 65 db if loudspeakers or hi-fi systems are to be used. Order within the halls shall be kept and

instructions from the host of the exhibition shall be followed. No leaflets shall be distributed in the aisles.

11. Counterfeit and inferior products are prohibited to be displayed in the exhibition and no

illegal copying of software shall be allowed. No overstatement or infringe of third party rights

in marketing materials shall be included. Any unfair competition methods such as building

oneself by belittling others will be opposed.

12. Exhibits shall have legal trademark registration certificates or valid theorization / engagement

letters issued by the trademark owners. Exhibits shall be clear of any infringement of

trademarks or any other intellectual property rights. If an exhibitor is found guilty of breaching,

all the legal consequences thereof shall be taken by it.

13. Exhibitors are responsible for the constructing security for raw space booth. The organizer will

not undertake compensation for damage and joint liability if accidents, such as stand crash,

falling stuff and fire happened.
