Dear Governor Antonio:

The Committee on Finance and Appropriation will be conducting a Committee Hearing on July 1, 2015 at two oclock in the afternoon (2:00 PM) at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Capitol Hills, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan relative to the following matters, to wit:

1. PDC-EXCOM RESOLUTION NO. 07, S-2015 TITLED: RESOLUTION REPROGRAMMING THE AMOUNT OF P130,000,000.00 DEBT SERVICE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CAGAYAN SPORTS COMPLEX AND TO EMBODY IN A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET THE AMOUNT OF P13,993,624.54;2. LETTER DATED JUNE 16, 2015 OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR REQUESTING FOR THE PASSAGE OF AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE REPROGRAMMING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY MILLION PESOS (P130,000,000.00) DEBT SERVICE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CAGAYAN SPORTS COMPLEX TO CAPITAL OUTLAY STILL FOR THE SAME PROJECT; and3. PROVINCIAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL-EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, TRANSMITTING PDC-EXCOM RES. NO. 06, S-2015, ENTITLED: RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN THE FUNDING OF SOIL ANALYSIS AND BORING TEST OF PUSSIAN, CATARAOAN AND DALAOIG BRIDGES AMOUNTING TO P304,550.40.

Relative thereto, may we respectfully invite all the members of the Provincial Finance Committee and the Provincial Engineer to assist the members of the Committee in the deliberation thereof and to enlighten them as to the contents of the documents submitted anent the subject matter.

Their presence would be of great help in threshing out all possible issues on the matter.
