In response to your e-mail regarding the City of Marlborough's Endangered Species Act eligibility, the City ofMarlborough has researched the effect of the stormwater discharge on the endangered species listed for the City ofMarlborough; the Northern Long-eared Bat, and have determination that the stormwater discharges and dischargerelated activities will not adversely affect this "threatened" species.
