SMS plans Quilt Game Day Sept. 23

St. Mary School is having a Quilt Game Day Sunday, Sept. 23, at 3 p.m. at the Brussels American Legion. There will be special games, refreshments, and lots of beauti-ful quilts to be won. The price is $25 per pack of six game cards and each additional pack is $10. Preregistration is being accepted and tickets will be available at the door. On Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 6:00 pm, a meeting conducted by Calhoun CUSD #40 will take place at St. Norbert’s gym. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the district’s plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools and home schools within the district for the 2012-2013 school year. If you are the parent of a home-schooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of Calhoun Unit 40, you are urged to attend.
