HSSC PART-I & II (ANNUAL) EXAMINATION 2014

N O T I F I C A T I O N

It is hereby notified for the general information of all concerned that the HSSC Part-I & II (Annual) Examination 2014 of the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Peshawar will commence on Wednesday the 23rd April, 2014. The last date for the receipt of Admission Forms and Fees in the Board Office for the eligible candidates of HSSC Part-I & II (Annual) Examination, 2014 are as under:

Admission fee for regular candidate may be deposited in Allied Bank BISE, Branch Peshawar and private candidate may deposit through General Bank receipts in nearest branch of Allied Bank situated in the jurisdiction of BISEPeshawar. Fee structures are as under:

INTERMEDIATE PART-I

Regular Part-I: (Med, Engg, Comp/Sc, Arts)

Admission Fee: Rs. 900/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Total Rs. 1100/- Plus Rs.50 per practical, if any. Medical Lab/Dental Hygiene Rs. 1410/- Note: (Rs.100/- Per Practical)

Private Fresh/Failed Part-I (Med, Engg, Comp/Sc, Arts)

Admission Fee: Rs. 930/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Registration Fee (Fresh) Rs. 120/- (for 1st time only) Total Rs. 1250/- Plus Rs.50 per practical, if any. Medical Lab/Dental Hygiene Rs. 1710/- Note: (Rs.100/- Per Practical)

INTERMEDIATE PART-II

Part-II Regular: (Med, Engg, Comp/Sc, Arts)

Admission Fee: Rs. 830/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Orig Certificate Fee Rs. 300/- Total Rs. 1330/- Plus Rs. 50 per practical, if any. Medical Lab/Dental Hygiene Rs. 1710/- Note: (Rs.100/- Per Practical) Rs. 80 per each failed subject of Part-I, if any.

Part-II Full Subjects Private / Fresh: (Med, Engg, Comp/Sc, Arts)

Admission Fee: Rs. 930/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Orig Certificate Fee Rs. 300/- (for 1st time only) Total Rs. 1430/- Plus Rs. 50 per practical, if any. Medical Lab/Dental Hygiene Rs. 1710/- Note: (Rs.100/- Per Practical) Rs 80 per each failed subject of Part-I, if any.

IMPROVEMENT OF DIVISION / MARKS

Improvement of Division: (Med, Engg, Comp/Sc, Arts) Part-I or II or Both

Admission Fee: Rs. 1430/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Total Rs. 1630/- Plus Rs. 50 per practical, if any. Medical Lab/Dental Hygiene Rs. 2410/- Note: (Rs.100/- Per Practical)

Improvement of Division in One or Two Subjects: (Part I & Part II)

Admission Fee: Rs. 930/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Total Rs. 1130/- Plus Rs. 50 per practical, if any. Medical Lab/Dental Hygiene Rs. 1410/- Note: (Rs.100/- Per Practical)

ADDITIONAL SUBJECTS ENGLISH PART-I OR PART-II OR BOTH OR FAILED P-II Admission Fee: Rs. 930/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Orig Certificate Fee Rs. 300/- Total Rs. 1430/-

Admission Fee: Rs. 930/- DMC Fee Rs. 200/- Total Rs. 1130/-

Creation of Examination Centre Fee = Rs.30,000/-

Note:- 1. Incase of improvement Rs.300/- shall be deposited at the time of receipt of Original Certificate. 2. All Heads of the Institutions are required to deposit Rs.2400/- (Rs.1200/- per gazette Book) through Bank

Draft with the submission of admission forms. 3. Change of Center Fee is Rs.2000/- ( Non-Refundable).

• Admission forms of Male/Female candidates will be accepted with 3 passport size photographs (1 unattested, 1 attested on front side and one on back side) by the Principal of the HSSC/ College last attended only. No other attestation will be accepted. Only computerized forms of the Board will be accepted.

• Admission form under any circumstances will not be accepted either by post or by hand after the prescribed date i.e. 14/03/2014. (Admission form by post should be sent one week prior to the last date, as no extra time will be given for the receipt of admission forms in the Board Office after the closing date).
