The University will not make any exception in following the deadline under different operations. Thismay be brought to the notice of all concerned. Sl. No. 2 and Sl. No. 3 & 4 may be followed carefully fornew mechanism.

1. Submission ofrequisition foranswer scripts by colleges. March 30, 2012

2. Last date of submission of list of students for clearing backlogpapers (to be made by college both in hard and soft copy) certified by theHead of the Institute regarding eligibility for issuing Admit Cards(Backlog) with requisitefees andForms (semester-wise) to WBUT. (For

all UG and PG courses).

N.B: Each Form and page of certified list must carry the signature ofthe Head of the Institute.

4. Last date of submissionoflist of regular students (to be made bycollege both in hard and soft copy) certified by the Head of the Instituteregarding eligibility for issuing Admit Cards with requisite fees(semester-wise) to WBUT. (For all UG and PG courses).

Forms (available in www.wbut.net) filled by the students must beretained by the Principal/Director of the college, which may berequisitioned by the Office of the COE at any point of time.

N.B: Each page of certified list must carry the signature of the Head ofthe Institute.
