Notre Dame’s Supervisory Development is a highly interactive two-day program for new and experienced managers needing practical skills for dealing with day-to-day management challenges. The focus is on those individuals who require information on today’s management principles and techniques. Key topics examined in the program include: understanding leadership styles, managing priorities, realizing the impact of change, optimizing performance, delegating and developing employees.
