Trade Center  caused a huge disturbance among Americans but the

Americans stayed positive through this matter, Economy was hit ,

As people stopped spending money. Which resulted in a great fall in consumer confidence  and a fall in the demand for tourism and travel.

• Y2K

That  was the bug for the finance industry. The bug not only existed in

computer software but it also existed in the firmware being used in the

computer hardware.This bug threatened all the major industries including banking, telecom, airlines, utilities, manufacturing.

• Unemployment

Unemployment rose by 34,000 to 1,546,000 in the last three months of 2001

Wireless networks become very common in homes, education institutes and public places as well

Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003 gained popularity, as well as the web browser

Mozilla Firefox and open office document editor .The usage of internet in US increase

very drastically, from 6% of U.S. internet users in June 2000 to what one study predicts will be 62% by 2010 .

• YouTube is founded in February 14, 2005.

• Apple iPod

The Apple launched the first iPod on 23rd October 2001.In the history Apple IPod is the best selling portable media player. Over 140 million iPods in January 2008, have been sold.

Sub-Culture In 2000-2009 the fashion trend was dominated is Boho-Chic. Boho-Chic look borrowed from

gypsy and hippie influences, combination of non-traditional, and artistic clothing of the 1960’s and 1970’s and  60s and 70s inspired trend remained popular. Boho-Chic style is having both element messy and feminine, while a sense of uniqueness. This style is derived from the traditional gypsy or bohemian styles of Pakistan and India like some original design of gypsy style like Sarongs, Caftans, Salwar Suits, the layering of fabrics and textures, and mixing of prints, Tunics and Kurtas.
