About usNovafast SE Asia has in excess of 15 years working knowledge in composites design and application. Our beginnings were in manufacturing and installation of composites. Now we have the capability to create, design and build composites and coatings from molecular level up.

Novafast 1000™Using Novafast 1000™ vinyl ester structure, we have performed molecular engineering to create a durable and robust resin backbone. This base resin structure allows Novafast SE Asia to tailor a combination of composite properties to meet nominated chemical resistance and mechanical speci�cations.

Novafast 2000™Using our polymeric chemical knowledge, Novafast 2000™ epoxy based composites have been formulated to achieve cutting-edge speci�cations. This approach enables Novafast SE Asia to design composite solutions to comply with application objectives.

When composite design is veri�ed as �t for purpose, the product is manufactured in accordance with relevant standards including, ISO14692, ISO9001, API 15HR and API 15LR.

Novafast Support TechnologyIn support of Novafast composite technology and in-house manufacturing capabilities, we have developed equipment to machine and test products as part of installation and commissioning compliance. Using ISO14692 Novafast has also developed accredited courses for composite installation and commissioning. This ensures our composite materials are designed and commissioned according to design speci�cations.

NovaBore™, GRE Bore Casingsand TubingsNovaBore™ 2000 is a GRE high pressure bore casing system. NovaBore™ is constructed from Novafast® 2000 resin and high quality glass �bre roving using �lament winding technology.

Novafast™ 1000 is an epoxy vinyl ester resin with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

Novafast™ 1000 is suitable for use in elevated temperature environments and provides protection against corrosion in a wide range of applications and chemical exposures.

Novafast 1000™ Catalyst Application is between 1%-3% of total resin weight and curing between 20°C and 35°C, humidity between 40% and 80%.

Novafast™ 2000 is an epoxy resin having excellent impact properties and chemical resistance. It is also suitable for use in elevated temperature environments with protection against damage in a wide range of applications and chemical exposures.

Novafast™ 2000 can be formulated with extensive range of curing agents. As such a wide variety of properties can be achieved to meet design and applications speci�cations.

Typical Cure with M1 Series – Part B, with a mix ratio of 4 Resin to 1 Part B (Stoichiometric) has a Gel Time of 130 -190 Minutes (100gms at 23°C to ASTM D2471).

Novafast™ 1000 Lining SystemNovafast™ 500 is an unsaturated polyester resin which is intended for laminating at room temperature.

Novafast™ 500 is a promoted, thixotropic non wax type resin.

Novafast™ 500 resin is suitable for use as a laminating resin for �bre reinforced structures. Resin may be applied using hand lay-up, spray-up or �lament winding methods.

Novafast™ 500 is fast curing, has good weather resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance.

NovaWrap™ Novafast System consists of a primer and an unsaturated epoxy ester resin based material. When catalyzed with organic peroxide used by itself, provides a high build coating for corrosion protection.

Novafast is suitable for use as a protective and structural coating as is or as a laminating resin for glass �bre, and as a �ooring compound where aggressive chemicals are present.

The productcan be used over concrete / steel and many other surfaces. It is a versatile material providing protection against corrosion over a wide range of environments including severe chemical exposure.

Anchor-Chem™ GroutNovafast Anchor -Chem™ is a specially formulated grouting system.

The unique formulation allows the compound to be mixed to cope with agressive chemical attack such as, acids, alkalis, oils and some solvents.

Novafast Anchor Chem™ provides optimum shrinkage compensation attributes and high early strength development.

Anchor-Chem™ can be used to support and protect bases where precision machinery with heavy static loads, along with highly stressed anchorage's such as, bridge supports, bedding plates, crane rail bedding, structural steel supports, equipment bases etc.

Anchor-Roc™ GroutAnchor-Roc™ is a high performance multi-purpose grout, formulated as a quick curing, cost e�ective compound for fast turn around. application. Anchor-Roc™ can be applied in various consistencies, from �uid form to dry pack with early strength charateristics.

Anchor-Roc™ is a high-strength, cementitious, nonshrink, nonmetallic grout, designed for precision grouting applications. Anchor-Roc™ provides consistent performance in damp or wet environments, with maximum load bearing capacity, especially where nonshrink grout can be placed where �uid consistency is required.

NovaBond™

NovaBond™ is a rubber membrane designed for use in areas where there are high movement joints. It is mixed and applied as a two part epoxy adhesive; Novabond™ EA.

NovaBond™ is designed and tested for maximum adhesion over multiple surfaces. NovaBond is a versitile product for use in multiple applications.

NovaBond™ has been found to be particulary successful in carparks and rooftop applications where there is constant move-ment and tra�c.

Thread Sealant

NovaSeal™

NovaSeal™ is a semisolid paste thread locker for tubing, casing, line pipe and other tapered thread connections. NovaSeal™ is also an excellent thread sealant.

NovaSeal™ is recommended as a joint sealant for use with NovaFlo™ and NovaBore™. In addition, it has excellent protection against acid or chemical attack.

Novaliner™ is designed as a continuous, �exible joint sealant and or water-proo�ng membrane for use on concrete, steel, asbestos, PVC and similar materials. Novaliner™ can be applied to damp and porous surfaces with excellent adhesion. It can be used to seal cracks, expansion and/or construction joints and �oors. It is ideal when used to provide continuous barrier over exposed or buried concrete surfaces. Novaliner™ forms a monolothic surface layer capable of bridging hairline cracks in the concrete below, while providing protection against moisture.

Novaliner™ is a one-pack bitumen modi�ed, self priming application mixed with synthetic rubber liquid membrane. It has excellent tolerance to compressive and tensile stresses with excellent elongation characteristics.

Quick-Seal™ is designed as a continuous, repair and water-proo�ng membrane for use on guttering, roof panels, piping and air conditioning units. Quick-Seal™ may be used to seal cracks, holes and corroded areas providing a continuous barrier to prevent further damage due to exposure of weathering.

Quick-Seal™ is a durable product which does not crack or breakdown when exposed to mild to extreme ultraviolet light. Quick-Seal™ can resist damage from exposure to direct sunlight, extreme cold and saturated conditions.

Multi-Seal AR™

Multi-Seal AR™ System is a hot-single pack bitumen based sealant for expansion and construction joints, for use with Novafast Flooring System. Multi-Seal AR™ has an outstanding resistance to acids (mineral and organic), fresh and salt water and most aqueous chemicals.

Multi-Seal AR™ is applied in solid form and melted at a temperature greater than 160ºC prior to installation. Multi-Seal rapidly resolidi�es on cooling to form an e�ective barrier to penetration by most water-born chemical and solutions, including mineral and organic or food acids.

Multi-Seal AR™ can be quickly installed and therefore equally compatible with short maintenance schedules as the Multi-Ester System itself.

Flexi-Aqua™ Seal

Flexi-Aqua™ Seal is designed as a two component, gun trade quick cure, construction grade jointing application. Flexi-Aqua™ Seal is capable of withstanding expansion and compression movement in submerged conditions.

Flexi-Aqua™ Seal System is recommended for use where the jointing is subjected to water and other �uids. It has been designed to resis to severe weathering conditions; rain, snow, sunlight, ultra violet radiation, ozone, atmospheric contamination (pollution) and chemical attack. With brilliant ability to sustain weathering, ensures it's original bonding qualities remain many years after application.

NovaFlo™ UV Top Coat

NovaFlo™ UV Top Coat is a two component �exibe polyurethane coating. It provides excellent corrosion protection, is suitable as a product for maintenance application, when both corrosion protection and topcoat performance is required.

NovaFlo™ UV Top Coat can be used as a single coat system in atmospheric corrosity classes V2 and C3. It can be used as a topcoat in classes C2 , C4 , C5 and C5-M on various primers and or as a maintenance coating on old paint surfaces.

Nova�o™ UV Top Coat has good impact resistance. Short drying times allow objects to be handled and or stacked.

NovaFlo™ Prime CoatNovaFlo™ UV Prime Coat is a high-build, high-solids surface tolerant epoxy coating. Available with di�erent hardeners for varying substrate temperatures, Standard (Std) and Fast Cure (FC).

Clear-Seal™ is a premium grade co-polymer acrylic sealer for deeply poroussubstrate. It is made from a blend of co-polymer resins and aromatic solvents.

Novafast Clear-Seal™ produces a gloss �nish, water repellent surface whichprotects and enhances the appearance of the concrete surface. The dry surface�nish is equal to the same surface texture that the product is applied too.

Clear-Seal™ treatment signi�cantly reduces absorption of the water and dirt intothe substrate. Clear-Seal™ does not discolor or yellow under U.V. light and hasexcellent resistance to weathering.

Coatings & Grouts Waterproof Systems

Clear-Seal™ 200

HydroStop™HydroStop™ is a low viscosity silane-axane system to penetrate deep porous substrates to form a bonded hydrophobic lining.

HydroStop™ is an invisible water repellent surface, allowing 100% transpiration while maintaining the texture and colour of the treated surface.

HydroStop™ treatment signi�cantly reduces absorption of the water and waterborne salts, while allowing the substrate to breathe. HydroStop™ solution does not produce any discoloration of the substrate and has excellent resistance to weathering.

NovaFlo™ UV Top Coat is a two component �exibe polyurethane coating. It provides excellent corrosion protection, is suitable as a product for maintenance application, when both corrosion protection and topcoat performance is required.

NovaFlo™ UV Top Coat can be used as a single coat system in atmospheric corrosity classes V2 and C3. It can be used as a topcoat in classes C2 , C4 , C5 and C5-M on various primers and or as a maintenance coating on old paint surfaces.

Nova�o™ UV Top Coat has good impact resistance. Short drying times allow objects to be handled and or stacked.

NovaFlo™ Prime CoatNovaFlo™ UV Prime Coat is a high-build, high-solids surface tolerant epoxy coating. Available with di�erent hardeners for varying substrate temperatures, Standard (Std) and Fast Cure (FC).

Clear-Seal™ is a premium grade co-polymer acrylic sealer for deeply poroussubstrate. It is made from a blend of co-polymer resins and aromatic solvents.

Novafast Clear-Seal™ produces a gloss �nish, water repellent surface whichprotects and enhances the appearance of the concrete surface. The dry surface�nish is equal to the same surface texture that the product is applied too.

Clear-Seal™ treatment signi�cantly reduces absorption of the water and dirt intothe substrate. Clear-Seal™ does not discolor or yellow under U.V. light and hasexcellent resistance to weathering.

HydroStop™HydroStop™ is a low viscosity silane-axane system to penetrate deep porous substrates to form a bonded hydrophobic lining.

HydroStop™ is an invisible water repellent surface, allowing 100% transpiration while maintaining the texture and colour of the treated surface.

HydroStop™ treatment signi�cantly reduces absorption of the water and waterborne salts, while allowing the substrate to breathe. HydroStop™ solution does not produce any discoloration of the substrate and has excellent resistance to weathering.
