is “A God You Can Know”. Sign-up deadline is November 28th, register now! Sign-up in the church office with a non-refundable check. The cost is $68 for the first 10 registrations, $80 thereafter. (You will need money for three other meals).

Annual CovenantChristmas Dinner December 5th, 5:30 pmPlease join us for an inspirational evening in the winter wonderland of Mount Carmel. The program features The Jefferson Carolers.Tickets are $16.00 and will be available near the Welcome Center November 14th, 21st, & 28th. Location: 800 Mount Carmel Drive NE Alexandria, MN 56308

Haiti Mission ExperienceToday, 6:30 pm Come and hear the amazing experiences of those who were ministering in Haiti. (This time of sharing will replace the normally scheduled Impact group.)Location: The Fellowship Center

Primetime Senior High EventNovember 19th, 8:00 pm-12:00 am

Join us for a freaky fun night of Dodgeball, soccer, signs, around the world ping pong, and other

craziness. Pizza, pop and snacks will be provided. Sign up at the youth kiosk. Please come in the gym doors on the east side of the church.

Children’s MinistryVolunteer OpportunitiesWe need volunteers to help out with the children’s ministry!

• Children’s church video (once a month)• Sunday School teacher and helper for three year olds

(January-May 9:00-10:00 am)• AWANA T&T Secretary Assistant• Extra nursery volunteers for holiday services

(Nov. 28th, Dec. 12th, Dec. 24th, Dec. 26th, and Jan. 2nd)

If you can invest some of your time into these little ones please contact Julie Barnes at the church office for more details, 320-763-5659.

Operation Christmas ChildBless a child in need this Christmas by packing an empty shoe box with toys and gifts. The labels that you will need for the box can be picked up at the display table near the south entry doors. Once your shoebox is filled and ready to ship, you can leave it at the display table. The deadline for dropping off boxes is November 16th at 4:00 pm.

60+ Young at Heart Christmas Party

December 2nd, 12:00 pmJoin us for a potluck lunch as we hear the Jefferson Carolers

sing a few rounds of Christmas cheer. Prizes will be given away and we’ll join together to sing some Christmas carols ourselves!

Last names: A-H bring a dozen sandwichesI-P bring a salad or relishes

Q-Z bring sweet treats

(The next Young at Heart event is March 3rd so mark your calendar) Location: The Fellowship Center

• December19th Tony Pitschka and Keith Martinson will have a mini Christmas concert and lead us in worship.

• December24th Christmas Eve Candlelight services at 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm.

God With UsDecember 12th, 9:00 am, 10:30 am, and 4:00 pmThis year we are offering a day of special Christmas worship services entitled “GOD WITH US”, a warm, home based service that highlights the power of a story. See a child’s story come to life, and hear real-life stories of Alexandria Covenant people for whom God has shown up in large and small-tangible ways.

Harvest FestivalNovember 24th, 7:00 pmJoin us as we celebrate God’s blessings with a service of praise! Fellowship will follow with pie and coffee. We ask each family to bring a pie to the kitchen. We will be taking a special offering that will be divided evenly among the following areas: Global Missions, Covenant World Relief, and the General Fund.

For those who choose to fill up a Soup Can Money Bank, the supplies are available at the Welcome Center. Banks should be returned to the Welcome Center by November 24th.

Some people turn out wicked because of wicked influences in their life. Some people turn out godly because of godly influences in their life.

Here’s what the Bible said about Joash.

“Joash did what was right in the eyes of the Lord all

the years of Jehoiada the priest.”

Joash made a wicked reversal. Why? 2 Reasons.

Christmas LightsThe Church is looking for people to donate a variety of Christmas lights for the upcoming Christmas Program. The lights should be in working order, please, no icicle lights. Drop your lights off at the music office downstairs by December 5th Thank you.

Unmet NeedWe have a young family who needs furniture for their apartment. They only have bedroom furniture. If you feel you can meet this need please contact Helen Ann Wagner at the church office between 1:00-4:30 pm, 320-763-5659.

Christmas CaperDecember 17th, 7:00 pmJunior highers, get ready to solve a Christmas mystery together. Christmas LightsThe Church is looking for people to donate a variety of Christmas lights for the upcoming Christmas Program. The lights should be in working order, please, no icicle lights. Drop your lights off at the music office downstairs by December 5th Thank you.
