Women’s November 9s The St George Illawarra Dragons and NRL Development continued to help foster the growth of female

rugby league participation by supporting the ‘November Nines’ which took place at Ziems Park,

Corrimal, throughout November.

This great initiative is aimed at providing new players

with the opportunity to try rugby league in a format that

emphases the attacking side of the game.

Competitions are being conducted in both open age (18

years and over) and U17 (girls 15-17 years).

Furthermore, the Illawarra Women League will look

build on the success of the U18 division with the likely

addition of Milton Ulladulla, Helensburgh and Port

Kembla in 2018.

Dragons play part 'In League, In Harmony'
