Who we areDamian Mallinson - Managing Director A graduate of Huddersfield University, Damian is an IT solutions, website andsoftware development specialist, building a career in the IT industry having heldsenior management roles in a variety of leading IT support organisationsculminating in his role as technical director of Active Tagging Ltd (formerly Xtag Ltd).and currently sits on the board of multiple other companies.
In addition to being a fully qualified Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Damian also has extensive programming, hardware and software skills.
Damian is an excellent communicator with advanced analytical skills, and is able to combine this with a strong entrepreneurial profile.
Mark Britten - Sales and Operations DirectorAs Sales and Operations Director, Mark is responsible for ensuring that the business hasthe best working environment and processes. Through evaluation he effectively manages
the implementation of business guidelines and strategies.
He is extremely effective at managing people and resources to achieve financial targets. Hehas strong communication skills and is flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously while prioritising tasks and remaining focussed under pressure.
Mark is committed to operational excellence by goal managing and streamlining productionprocesses. His experience of project management in construction and fit out withinternational companies and his multilingual abilities bring a new dynamic to NPE.
We also have a full helpdesk team, selective engineers and a strategical non executive director that comes from a multi million pound retail / maintenance background of some 20+ years.
