Application 1: Engineering applications, such as simulation of significant hoisting plan, simulation of engineering construction progress combining 3D project model and P3 technology, inspection of installed items collision, virtual wandering of installation result, assistant of blocking construction etc..
Research focus: Key technologies, for example 3D model design (using advanced software as auxiliary tools, such as PDS, PDMS) , synchronization design in different place, onsite construction simulation etc.

as visual blocking construction, several disciplines construction management and coordination, information searching). The research and application of 3D dummy technology will greatly improve the project management level.

Reactor primary pipes automatic welding research: A complete narrow-gap automatic welding procedure is formed, and through onsite test and formal welding, this technology is proved to be advanced with reliable parameters and stable properties. It has been applied in China’s NPP site, such as Ningde, Hong Yanhe, Yangjiang, Fuqing, Fang Jiashan Project and so on.

Large cubic content of
concrete grouting
Construction technology research and application
The concrete grouting for Taishan 1# NI raft foundation lasts 86 hours, and 9300m³ concrete is poured, which create a record of the largest cubic content of NPP concrete grouting in once around the world. No obvious crack occurred in the concrete structure of the raft foundation which was grouted in one time.

Steel lining dome of Reactor Building (HRA) is the largest steel structure part to be whole hoisted during the steel lining construction. This dome weight is 231t.
