NPQ Programme Facilitators COURSE DETAILS

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance on the skillsets required to fulfil the role of an NPQ Programme Facilitator, according to the new qualifications. NPQ Facilitators are the individuals who will be delivering content for the following NPQ Programmes, via online seminars/sessions and at conferences. Delivery Partners will be responsible for recruiting, managing and assuring the quality of all Facilitators across the NPQs.

Specialist NPQs:

NPQLT – NPQ for Leading Teaching NPQLBC – NPQ for Leading Behaviour and Culture NPQLTD – NPQ for Leading Teacher Development NPQSL – NPQ for Senior Leaders NPQH – NPQ for Headteachers NPQEL – NPQ for Executive Leaders

For all three Specialist NPQs, the time commitment is likely to be as follows:

Facilitating online seminars | four x one hour Facilitating face-to-face days | two days Training | likely to be one to two hours, repeated in the course of the year We anticipate being able to recompense at least three days of your time.
