•Recruitment database containing over 20 thousand fully registered candidates•Access to high level jobsites for marketing and advertisements
•Application submitted to client for consideration and arrangement made for interviews.•Temporary workers are constantly monitored to assess performance
•Job description obtained from clients either via email or telephone.•Positions are assigned to one of manpower nest’s qualified recruitment consultant.•Clients contacted in order to fully assess their requirements.•Candidate search commences.
•Up-to-date and detailed CV's obtained and assessed against the job description.•Initial telephonic interviews with applicants for skill test, ability to learn the position, willingness to relocate etc.•Two written references are obtained.
