NTU SCIENCE RESEARCH ACCEPTANCE FORM

Please submit the completed hard copy of this acceptance form to your NRP Teacher Co-ordinator by Friday, 2 August 2019.

1. By my submission of this acceptance form, I will be deemed to have registered with the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) for the NTU H3 Science Research Programme.

2. I understand that:a) There will not be a refund of the course fee of S$60 payable per student for withdrawals after

2 September 2019; b) Students who withdraw after 2 September 2019 will:

- have an ‘Absent’ grade issued by SEAB in their A-Level Certificate; and- be required to pay an administrative fee of S$50 (for Singapore Permanent Residents) / S$70

(for international students) levied by and payable to SEAB.

3. I fully understand the items listed in point 2 above.
