NS 104-108-112 WATER DISTILLERS
NS 104 / 108 / 112 water distillers aredesigned to produce distilled water rapidly.
Water is heated in the boiling tank by meansof stainless steel heaters to produce steam
and then the steam is condensedwhile it is passing through special serpantine
in which cooling water is circulatingand distilled water is produced.
By means of the preheated water in thecondenser, boiling duration is reduced and
power consumption is decreased.
The water level in the boiling tank is controlledelectronically and in case of low water level,
the operation is stopped and the user iswarned by the warning led.
The input water pressure could be observedfrom the manometer and if the water pressure
drops under the required level or thewater is interrupted, the power of the heaters
are cut off and the warning led is on.
The distillers are equipped with magnetic waterconditioner against calcification in the boiling
tank, condenser and the lines where thewater is circulating.
There is also a warning led for heater failure.
NS series water distillers are wall mounted type and do not occupy valuable
laboratory benches.
