MODULE 1: EFFECTIVE DELEGATION

WHY?

Typical member story. Challenge delegates to think how much more our members could develop if we delegated properly. Perhaps have them stand up or somehow acknowledge if they didn’t have proper TMP XP, etc.

Use paper dolls - As one person you can only do so much, but you can multiply your influence by delegating effectively
