SURF PAD SYSTEM (SPS) Feedback from users of the Surf-n-Skim have inspired us to design the new modular SPS,

which accommodates custom configurations and easy installation. The SPS is comprised of multi-piece rear and front pads. Both pads feature a center section with two sets of inserts in a 2x4 pattern,

which will cover most any foot strap position desired. The 5-piece rear pad set has a kick tail and soft archbar. The 7-piece front pad set is flat between the inserts and covers a larger area of the board for improved

strapless riding and jibing. The pads are made of multiple pieces so the layout can be optimized for wide range ofboards and riders. The beveled edges release water and eliminate peel up and the pads are available with optional ABS

heel dent protector plates. Installation is easy with each pad mounted individually. The SNS and SPS are available in two dualdensity lay-ups; Standard features a 1/4 thick waffle or diamond pattern top and Pro has a thinner brushed diamond top layer.

VHB MOUNT HEIN PLATESBased on the same concept as the popular Surf-N-Skim, these padz are mounted with3M® VHB tape and have built in inserts so the board doesn't require any. Great forfixing a board with stripped inserts or inserts in the wrong location. Can also be usedon tow-in boards, wakeboards, or a piece of plywood. NSI HEEL STRAPS In 2001 NSI introduced the first heel straps that utilized inner tubes. Although this was a

great concept, installation was a hassle and the straps had a tendency to slip off unless theywere uncomfortably tight. To solve these problems, NSI & Hein have designed a patent

pending attachment method that wraps around the footstrap instead of being sandwiched underit. The new attachment system improves retention by moving the direction of the tension

upward, so the strap won't slip off. They are easy to install, adjust and remove without takingthe footstraps off, and can be stowed on top of the strap when not in use. Combine all this with an extremely comfortable soft foam and neoprene.

Double Stuff The Double Stuff is just as the name implies—double stuffed with an extra thick, ultra cushyversion of the Oreo lay-up. The Double increases the core layer to 3/4" thick, and the toptraction layer is a unique black diamond material. The thick white layer between the blacktop and bottom makes the plate look like a Double Stuff Oreo. This lay-up offers the most absorption of any production pads and allows the foot to "sinkinto" the pad and footstrap for massive foot retention. Great in choppy conditions, tiredknees and aggressive freestyle riding on boards with stiffer flex.

The HeinAir® is a durable, OEM diaphragm compressor which is rated for continuous use. This delivers pulsed flow and improves kite ball valve seating,making it very easy to fully inflate small struts. The Hein Air® is wired viarelay for long life and durability and has a cleanable inlet filter. The 6 ft hosehas an innovative inflation wand (patent pending). The wand has a high quality,fully sealed, momentary on/off switch and a pressure gauge.
