Affiliates are listed according to broad NSW regions, as defined by Ageing, Disability and Home Care, Department of Family and Community Services.

The number of affiliates is increasing on a regular basis making it impossible to keep this list up to date in a printed format. The list is available on our website, If you do not have internet access you may wish to visit your local library or community centre where internet access is often provided, or call us during office hours on FREECALL 1800 893 044 with your questions / suggestions for new affiliates.

If there is a venue, activity or event that you wish to attend, it is your responsibility to check with the venue or ticketing outlet, at the time of booking your tickets, if they accept your Companion Card.Many venues may still accept your Companion Card even if they are not formally registered to the program and listed below – so ensure you check each time.

Your email address will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you about changes/updates to Companion Card. A large print version of this document is also available upon request.
