ROLEPURPOSEInconsultationwiththeCATechnicalDirector–Road,theNSWISCyclingHeadCoachisresponsibleforthemanagementanddeliveryofhighperformancecoachingservicestotargetedNSWISscholarshipandtalentedathleteswiththegoalofoptimisingtheperformancesoftheseathletesnationallyandinternationallyatbenchmarkevents,andpreparingthemforselectionintoAustralianteams.Theroleprimarilyfocuseson:
• ImplementationofahighperformancecyclingstrategicplanthatalignstotheNSWISandCAHighPerformancevision,values,successprofilefortheNSWISprogram,withagreedsportandathleteperformanceoutcomes
