    2. Prior to dredging, a1 test transplant_ will be perfor111d to deter•1ne the be$~ aeans of te~porar11y holdJng eelgrass before the ·tr,ansp-lant. ,

    3. An eelgrass survey of the area to be effe::tcd ,.w111 be perforaed prio'r to dredging for th~ purpose of deter-aining the actual impact on eelgrass beds.

    4. Prior to dredging the effected area. 52.500 shoots w111 be obtained fro• the effected ar.ea and teaporar11~ placed in the area d.es1gnated for ter.iporary ~\orage.

    s. The dredg 1ng co~tractor, -under superv ts ton by the County and its 1'1P~esen~t1ves. shall d1"edge and place sufficient sandy •ater1a1 to ,obtain the required ttans~ planting area.
