NTR started working with WorldCompliance when it was an early stage startup in 2005
NTR was selected as a key software development partner after an unsuccessful attempt to outsource to India
NTR team developed the core technology and most of the systems, with the lead of the CTO and PM who were working out of the Florida headquarters
Two investment rounds and 8 years later WorldCompliance was acquired by LexisNexis

Thumbspeak is an app-based mobile audience research platform
Thumbspeak team created an application for iOS NTR was hired to create native ports of the software
for all the other mobile platforms, including obsolescent and exotic to maximize the audience coverage
In less than 2 years, Thumbspeak has been acquired by the leading research software and services provider Cint

MediaPro was already an established e-learning company when contacted NTR Lab to develop a new product to extend its product line
NTR Lab have developed Opti-Match - a web-based portal application to help optimize, manage, and measure coaching and mentoring initiatives.
Aimed at corporate market that was a big data app delivered even before the term Big Data was coined
Opti-Match have enjoyed a market success and later was sold to another company

Work closely with company management to build a distributed software development team and create the process to make it work. We Assemble a team of developers currently on salary at NTR Lab offices; If that’s not enough - screen & hire (w/approval) from across Eastern Europe;
developers move to one of our offices (no visas required) Teach your startup staff how to manage the distributed team (and provide
ongoing support) Eliminate the administrative hassle involved in hiring overseas developers
(paying salaries, etc.)
If needed the team can be relocated to your premises after the initial setup period (build-operate-transfer approach)
