Telstra positioned a strategic business partnership with AFS to provide the functionality of the “CIO in a box”. Nubé is engaged as a “white labelled” partner to support the CIO function and delivery key business transformation activities with AFS executives and board members.
Nubé was engaged by the Head of Strategy and Innovation and the CIO to create an alignment between the ICT vision and the business’ value and ambition. Nubé assisted to develop, prioritise and market the ICT roadmap to key business stakeholders. As a by-product Nubé also assisted in developing and executing against an 18 month business transformation program, to deliver “rapid value”. Nubé roles – business strategy consultants, program management and architectural governance.

Nubé was engaged by a Large Airport to assist the business to “commercialise IT”:To articulate the “tenant’s Business Roadmap and Objectives”.
To create a consumption Business-Catalogue and Services O�ering (using existing and new assets and services).To sell and provide those services and to generate revenue from existing ICT assets.
Nubé is currently working with Telstra’s internal Big Data practice to develop and deliver the practice business stagey and objectives.
Nubé is currently working with SuperPartners to create an internal Data-as-a-Service o�ering positioned to transform their DevOps and ICT operation processes. This service will also be utilised to accelerate business acquisition activities.
