Congratulations to Kelly Anne Conway

On Tuesday, a presidential glass ceiling was broken — when Kellyanne Conway earned the distinction of being the first woman in history to run a winning campaign for the White House.

“It feels good,” Conway, Donald Trump’s campaign manager, told The Post. “I’m not a big gender-identity person, and I wasn’t hired for my gender, but it’s . . . a pretty cool thing to say to my three daughters and my son. Many women work really hard and never get their shot. I feel blessed to have gotten my shot.”

And this is just the beginning.

She announced on Thursday that she was joining the Trump administration after a tweet from journalist Gabriel Sherman suggested she was reluctant to do so because she didn’t want to give up her lucrative polling business.

“False,” Conway tweeted. “Could it be those ‘sources’ want the WH job I’ve been offered?”

She says she felt compelled to reply.

“I just thought it was an obnoxious tweet to put out there,” she explained. “What are your sources? I can be your source about me.”

She added that she’s ready and willing to move to Washington, DC.

“I will absolutely go somewhere for my highest and best use for this particular president and his administration — and I certainly will confer further with Mr. Trump in the upcoming days about what that is,” she said.

Not bad for having only been riding the Trump train for three months.

“I refer to it as ‘my semester abroad,’ ” Conway said with a laugh.

She was named Trump’s campaign manager on Aug. 17, weeks after being hired as a senior adviser. The billionaire had fired his two managers — Corey Lewandowski, who is said to have

alienated Trump’s children, and Paul Manafort, who was tainted by reports that he received millions of dollars from a party associated with Vladimir Putin.

Conway, who has appeared on TV more than 1,200 times as a conservative pundit, was initially dismissed as a parlor trick. But as Conway told The New Yorker in an October article: “I tell people all the time, ‘Don’t be fooled, because I am a man by day.’ ”

She insists she had faith in Trump’s ability to win from the get-go.

“I’m a student of Hillary Clinton’s,” she said. “I’ve been around a long time, and she has many gifts and many strengths but risk-taking and coloring outside the lines is not one of them.

“The people have been telling pollsters for decades that they want someone who is an outsider, a disrupter, an independent voice who doesn’t owe anybody anything in Washington — and they finally got their wish with Donald J. Trump.”

Conway herself is a spin master. When Trump went off script — way off script — during the first presidential debate, attacking Rosie O’Donnell and bragging that the housing crisis was “good business,” Conway simply changed the topic.

“I love the fact that he restrained himself tonight and he was a gentleman toward [Clinton],” she gushed to reporters that evening, according to The New Yorker. “He definitely could’ve gone . . . [and talked] about her husband and women, and he did not . . . Restraint is a virtue, and it is certainly a presidential virtue.”

“It’s not my job keeping him off Twitter,” she said to The Post.

Pluto Making X-Rays Where None Should Be

X-rays appear to be trickling away from Pluto, even though the dwarf planet has no obvious way of making the high-energy photons, a new study reports.

Given what researchers have learned about Pluto since the New Horizons spacecraft flew by in 2015 the discovery is surprising. For many planets and comets, X-rays are generated when the solar wind, a stream of charged particles from the sun, runs into neutral gas atoms or magnetic fields from these bodies. But the environment around Pluto isn’t conducive to producing X-rays: the dwarf planet has no measurable magnetic field, its atmosphere is very thin, and it’s losing that atmosphere at rates much lower than expected.

“We naively thought Pluto might be losing its atmosphere at the same rate as [some] comets,” says Carey Lisse, a planetary astronomer at the Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Md. “We knew comets make X-rays, so we hoped that Pluto did, too.” Instead, interactions between the solar wind and a tenuous tail of methane gas hundreds of times longer than Pluto’s diameter might be the culprit, Lisse and colleagues suggest online October 25 on arXiv.org.

Lisse’s team used the Chandra X-ray telescope, once in 2014 and three more times in 2015, to look for Pluto X-rays. Chandra detected just seven photons streaming from Pluto in a total of

about two days’ worth of observing time. Though the signal isn’t strong, that’s about six or seven more photons than expected based on New Horizons’ measurements of Pluto’s atmosphere and the solar wind.

“It’s a very puzzling finding,” says Konrad Dennerl, an astrophysicist at the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics in Garching, Germany. “I’m not fully convinced,” he adds. “It’s a very low signal.”

Lisse and collaborators note that the signal appears to follow Pluto across the sky. They detected X-ray photons on four separate occasions. The energy of the photons doesn’t appear to match that of the spurious X-ray noise that peppers the telescope, so the signal appears genuine. Still, Lisse and Dennerl are teaming up to get some Pluto time with another X-ray observatory, the European Space Agency’s XMM-Newton satellite.

“We understand that there’s a bit of skepticism,” Lisse says. “We’re going to do some follow-up with a totally different instrument to verify this.”

X-rays from Pluto aren’t just a quirky detail about this specific dwarf planet. If other bodies in the Kuiper belt, the ring of icy debris just past Neptune’s orbit, have atmospheres, then X-ray observations could help detect them.

The November 2016 Super moon

The full moon of November 14, 2016 is not only the biggest, closest and brightest supermoon of this year. It’s the closest supermoon since January 26, 1948. Should you watch for this full moon on the night of November 14? Sure, and, if you do, it’ll be beautiful. But, for us in the Americas the moon is closer to full on the night of November 13.

The moon turns precisely full on November 14, 2016 at 13:52 UTC. This full moon instant will happen in the morning hours before sunrise November 14 in western North America and on many Pacific islands, east of the International Date Line. (See worldwide map below.)

In Asia and Australia, the moon turns precisely full during the evening hours of November 14. In New Zealand, it actually happens after midnight November 15. Around the longitudes of Europe or Africa, look both nights.

Better yet … everyone, look both nights!

The moon will look plenty full and bright all night long on both nights – November 13 and 14 – as it rises in the east around sunset, climbs highest up around midnight, and then sets in the west at or near sunrise.

The moon won’t come this close to Earth again until November 25, 2034. Want the exact time of full moon for North American time zones? Okay, so the moon will reach the crest of its full phase on November 14 at 13:52 UTC. That translates to 9:52 a.m. AST, 8:52 a.m. EST, 7:52 a.m. CST, 6:52 a.m. MST, 5:52 a.m. PST.

Page 4: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

The moon will reach perigee – the moon’s closest point to Earth for this month – within a one and one-half hours of that time. We astronomers call this sort of close full moon a perigee full moon. The word perigee describes the moon’s closest point to Earth for any given month. Five years ago – when the closest and largest full moon fell on March 19, 2011 – many began using the term supermoon, which we’d never heard before. In the following years, we heard this term again to describe the year’s closest full moon on May 6, 2012, and again on June 23, 2013, and again on August 10, 2014, and yet again on September 28, 2015.

Now the term supermoon is being used a lot, and, personally, we approve! It’s a good descriptive term for the closest full moons, much easier to remember than perigee full moon.

Last month’s full moon – on October 16, 2016 – was also a supermoon. But the November full moon is even more super! In other words, the time of full moon falls even closer to the time of the moon’s closest point to Earth. For the moon to come closer than 356,400 kilometers (221,457 miles) is quite a feat. In fact, this won’t happen at all in the 21st century (2001-2100) or the 22nd century (2101-2200). The last time the full moon perigee swung this close to Earth was on January 14, 1930 (356,397 km), and the next time won’t be till January 1, 2257 (356,371 km).

Will the tides be higher than usual? Yes, all full moons bring larger-than-usual tides, and perigee full moons bring the highest (and lowest) tides of all. Each month, on the day of the full moon, the moon, Earth and sun are aligned, with Earth in between. The line-up of the sun and moon creates wide-ranging tides, known as spring tides. High spring tides climb up especially high, and, on the same day, low tides plunge especially low.

The extra-close full moon accentuates these monthly (full moon) spring tides all the more.

If you live along a coastline, watch for high tides caused by the November 14 perigee full moon – or supermoon – over the next several days. Will the high tides cause flooding? Probably not, unless a strong weather system moves into the coastline where you are.

Still, keep an eye on the weather, because storms do have a large potential to accentuate high spring tides.

The highest tides will tend to follow the crest of the moon’s full phase (November 14, 2016 at 1352 UTC) by a day or two.

Bottom line: The full moon of November 14, 2016, is the closest and largest full moon of this year. By a somewhat new definition – one that has entered the world of astronomy from astrology – many will call it a supermoon. There are three full moons in 2016 that meet the definition of a supermoon – October, November and December. But this November 14 full moon is the most super of the supermoons! A super-duper moon!

Hypersonic Flight

The world is at the start of a renaissance in supersonic and hypersonic flight that will transform aviation, but the effort will need steady commitment and funding if the United States wants to lead the way, congressional leaders and industry officials said at a forum late last month.

"What's exciting about aerospace today is that we are in a point here where suddenly, things are happening all across the board in areas that just haven't been happening for quite a while," said former U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Curtis M. Bedke.

"There was a period where engine technology had just sort of stagnated — a point where all materials technology was going along at about the same pace," Bedke added. "There just wasn't much happening. But suddenly, in all sorts of areas that apply to aerospace, things are happening." [NASA's Vision of Future Air Travel (Images)]

Bedke was one of five panelists to speak Oct. 27 at the Forum on American Aeronautics here at the Mojave Air and Space Port. Sponsored by the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, the forum was hosted by committee chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, and member Steve Knight, R-Calif. Bedke, Smith and Knight were joined by David McBride, director of NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center in California, and Craig Johnson, director of business strategy and development for Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works. Former Mojave Air and Space Port CEO Stu Witt moderated.

Knight has taken the lead on the House Science Committee in getting NASA's aeronautical program to focus on a new set of experimental aircraft. He said his passion for these programs isn't just about improving American aviation — it's personal.

"In 1967 was the last time we went hypersonic in an airplane," Knight said, referring to an X-15 flight piloted by his late father, William J. "Pete" Knight. That flight reached Mach 6.7 — 6.7 times the speed of sound — a record for piloted aircraft that still stands nearly 50 years later. (Hypersonic flight is generally defined as anything that reaches Mach 5 or greater. "Supersonic" refers to any flight that exceeds Mach 1.)

Since that time, the U.S. has conducted two unpiloted hypersonic research programs, X-51 and X-43. However, there was no continuity in the work, Knight said. [Going Hypersonic: Air Force's X-51A Waverider in Pictures]

"We collected an awful lot of data," he said. "But what I would like to see is that we can move that data into something, whether we are going to move into an aircraft that we're going to put people into or we're going to use it for some other program. We've got to have that continuity and move forward."

New York to Los Angeles today as it did 30 years ago. Supersonic aircraft flights over land have been banned for decades because of the sonic booms they produce. No supersonic passenger planes have been in operation since the retirement of the Concorde in 2003.

Page 6: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

NASA wants to change that. In February, the space agency awarded a contract to Lockheed Martin for the design of an experimental plane to test technologies that can significantly reduce the sonic booms caused by aircraft. If the program is successful, the ban on overland supersonic flights could be lifted.

"We're poised on the brink of a new era in air transportation," McBride said. "We do need to go faster. There is a market for supersonic flight over land in an efficient manner that can fly without being an annoyance to everyone on the ground."

NASA also is exploring ways to improve the efficiency and reduce the environmental impacts of subsonic aircraft. Engineers are experimenting with blended wings and other innovations.

Smith admitted that the difficulty that Congress and the president have experienced in passing budgets has caused problems in sustaining research.

"None of that is conducive to good work getting done in an efficient way," Smith said. "And we can do better. We need to get to the point where continuity actually lasts beyond just one administration, much less beyond tomorrow. And we're with you on that."

Bedke said there is no time to waste in moving these programs forward.

"It is inevitable that hypersonic technologies are going to happen," he said. "It is not inevitable that we are going to be the country to do it first. But we can be the country to do it first, but we're going to have to put our minds to it, and we're going to have to stop the history of fits and starts, of throwing money at a big program, achieving a wild success, and then having no follow-up. Or throwing a lot of money at too big a program, taking too giant a bite, failing miserably and then deciding hypersonics isn't going anywhere. Neither of those must be allowed to happen in the coming years."

Fed Employees Outnumber US Manufacturing Jobs by Nearly 10 Million

The United States lost 9,000 manufacturing jobs in October while gaining 19,000 jobs in government, according to data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Government employment grew from 22,216,000 in September to 22,235,000 in October, according to BLS, while manufacturing jobs dropped from 12,267,000 to 12,258,000.

The 22,235,000 employed by government in the United States now outnumber the 12,258,000 employed in manufacturing by 9,977,000.

Over the past year—from October 2015 to October 2016—manufacturing employment fell by 53,000, declining from 12,311,000 to 12,258,000. During the same period, government employment climbed 208,000, rising from 22,027,000 to 22,235,000.

The BLS has published seasonally-adjusted month-by-month employment data for both government and manufacturing going back to January 1939. According to this data, manufacturing employees in the United States of America outnumbered government employees every month for more than half a century. Then, in August 1989, government employees slipped ahead of manufacturing employees for the first time—taking a slim lead of 17,989,000 to 17,964,000.

Since then, government has pulled dramatically ahead of manufacturing as an employer in the United States.

In fact, the 22,235,000 who now work for government in this country, according to the BLS, is more than ever worked in manufacturing.

Manufacturing employment peaked in June 1979 at 19,553,000. Since then, manufacturing employment has declined by 7,295,000—or 37.3 percent—to its current level of 12,258,000.

In June 1979, when manufacturing employment hit its peak, government employment was 16,045,000. Since then, government employment has increased by 6,190,000—or 38.6 percent—to its current level of 22,235,000.

The 22,235,000 employed by government exceed the populations of 48 of the 50 states. Only California, which the Census Bureau estimated had a population of 39,144,818 in 2015; and Texas, which the Census Bureau estimated had a population of 27,469,114, had populations that exceeded the number of people in the country who work for government.

The 22,235,000 government employees as of October, for example, exceeded the population of Florida (20,271,272) and the population of New York (19,795,791).

The 22,235,000 employed by government also exceed the combined populations of Ohio (11,613,423) and Michigan (9,922,576)—which equaled 21,535,999.

The 22,235,000 government employees in October, according to BLS, included 14,297,000 local government employees, 5,123,000 state government employees, and 2,815,000 federal government employees.

The True Modern Fascist

The practice of a pure free market is so rare that a plausible argument can be made that a free market economy never existed. However, as the saying goes, Once Upon A Time, economic commerce did reflect a voluntary basis for business transactions. The fortunes of trade rested upon the mutual benefit of all parties, since repeated satisfaction built sustaining economies. Competition was the norm and the quality of goods and services developed that propelled expanding growth and prosperity for the largest numbers of participating producers and consumers. In the corporatist economic model, the goal is to create and protect monopolies, while stamping out any enterprises that challenge the Plutocrat system.

Corporate economies are dependent upon connection and favoritism by government policy. The essay, Corporatism Is Not the Free Market states a fundamental point. “Too many people are willing to accept government-set goals (such as energy independence) so long as the “private sector” is induced to achieve them. Regardless of how the goals are achieved, if government sets them, that’s statism.”

The way corporate lobbying works in America, best described as legalized bribery, has become the normal course of a corrupt political system. This overt example illustrates the problem. “The drug industry has spent more on lobbying under Obama than any other industry. Top lobbyists at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) in 2009 met behind closed doors with the White House and Senate Democrats, promising political support for Democrats in exchange for friendly provisions in Obamacare.”

Page 9: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

Concisely, money pays for influence. Every single time you write your elected official, what is the first thing they do? Ask you for money. Money, money, money. How much are you going to give? You know what happens? I do, because I tested it myself. Ask for help, and what will happen when the official gets your question, he looks over to his staffer. If the staffer nods, then that means you’re on the list of contributors. If he shakes his head, then you are not. Your question is filed in the round bin. I wrote the check, and I got the nod. Yet, proponent of the corporate/state would have you accept that this kind of lobbying has protection under the First Amendment. The First Amendment Center presents the following:

“Lobbyists try to persuade government officials either to support or oppose various policy issues using their client’s money. Therefore, lobbying can be considered a form of petitioning the government for redress of grievances, subject to protection under the First Amendment’s petition clause. Money has been ruled by the Supreme Court to be speech, although there has not been a great deal of judicial analysis on First Amendment protections afforded to lobbying. First, the petition clause does not grant a lobbyist the absolute right to speak to a government official nor does it grant a lobbyist the right to a hearing based on his or her grievances. In addition, the clause does not create an obligation for a government official to take action in response to a grievance. Finally, any statement made while a lobbyist petitions a government official does not receive greater protection than any other expression protected by the First Amendment.” But you know exactly what happens, don’t you? The louder you speak, the quicker you get noticed. Remember, the value of the number of votes you bring to the table is miniscule compared to the number of dollars you bring. The NRA controls many votes, but they also give millions to the legislators for their attention.

Let us get down to the nub of the legal definition. Does a corporation have constitutional standing based upon intrinsic natural rights? The truth is that corporations are not people, and cannot therefore speak, but the reality is that they do speak and can speak very loudly. The artificial construct of a corporation is overlooked when it comes to the checkbook they wield. Forget the tainted rulings of the courts, the best that money can buy. The economic outcome of political favoritism guarantees that corporate lobbyists has not only the ear of legislators, but often are the inside information conveyers that facilitate the financial worth of previously poor legislators.

Crony Capitalism destroys what few vestiges remain of a free market. How does it do that? The corporate lobbyist is dedicated to see that legislation and regulations, drafted by the companies seeking an advantage in a marketplace, have so many hurdles and obstacles to transverse that only the client company could overcome. Essentially, the game is stacked and special privileges conferred, in order to stamp out competition.

Only a decentralized and independent trading system achieves real wealth creation, which is the nature of authentic commerce.

“True free markets would be smaller and less hierarchical, more local and more numerous (and many would probably be employee-owned); prices would be lower and wages higher and the quality would be superlative. It is the global corporate power would be in shambles. Small wonder that big business, despite often having its puppets pay lip service to free market ideals, tends to systematically oppose them in practice.”

Therefore, the corporate lobbyist becomes the vehicle that drives the engine of the business-government partnership. Without achieving the desired objective through personal access and

Page 10: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

deal making skills, the CEO of international globalism would need to dirty their own hands and risk accusations of bribery.

The Libertarian position of Murray Rothbard might shock you. In Man, Economy and State with Power and Market, he writes.

“We have seen above that “bribery” of a private firm is not actually bribery at all, but simply payment of the market price for the product. Bribery of government officials is also a price for the payment of a service. What is this service? It is the failure to enforce the government edict as it applies to the particular person paying the bribe. In short, the acceptance of a bribe is equivalent to the sale of permission to engage in a certain line of business. Acceptance of a bribe is therefore praxeologically identical with the sale of a government license to engage in a business or occupation. And the economic effects are similar to those of a license. There is no economic difference between the purchase of a government permission to operate by buying a license or by paying government officials informally. What the briber receives, therefore, is an informal, oral license to operate. The fact that different government officials receive the money in the two cases is irrelevant to our discussion.”

Well, Rothbard’s distinction does not hold correct. The difference between a voluntary private business transaction and dealing with a coercive government authority is as different from night and day. What has happened is that the global corporation has infiltrated, staffed, and funded the government agency, department, bureau, and administration that might be able to keep their competitors out of their market. The entire corporate lobbying culture, based upon an immoral acceptance, as the cost of doing business, destroys public prosperity since the nature of the arrangement shifts rewards to the culprits, while imparting added cost to the consumers. Redress of grievances relate to assaults on individual liberty, not corporate and cartel oligopolies.

The simple fact of the matter is that the modern fascist government is not led by a single, dictatorial person, but by a loose coalition of global corporations that write laws, assess taxes, and assign fees, and fine anyone who competes with them through enforcement actions. It is the board of directors that has become the new fascist. It does not matter whether we are talking about the EPA, the DOE, the GSA, or the Interior Department. The global corporation has become the Agency. Trump has the power to stop it, but he may need real protection to pull it off.

Arrival: A Film Review

Are we alone in the universe? It is a question that has preoccupied filmmakers since "A Trip to the Moon" announced itself as the world's first alien movie in 1902.

In the century or so following the 17-minute silent French film, Hollywood's extraterrestrials have visited in all shapes and sizes, from threatening tripods and genocidal lizards to benign humanoids.

While these films have traditionally been effects-laden potboilers, a subgenre of cerebral, lower budget movie has quietly insinuated itself into the mainstream.

Page 11: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

Leading the charge this year is Canadian director Denis Villeneuve's "Arrival," which hits theaters on Friday following a Golden Lion nomination at the Venice Film Festival and tips for Oscar success.

Taking its cue from classics such as "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" (1977) and "Contact" (1997), "Arrival" challenges the notion that alien visitation equals loud, expensive armageddon.

Villeneuve, the director of "Sicario" (2015) and next year's much-anticipated sequel to iconic sci-fi favorite "Blade Runner," does not stint on the spaceships and extraterrestrials.

But he uses them in the service of such weighty ontological and epistemological themes as the nature of space-time, how language and memory work, and what happens when you cannot communicate.

"There will always be trends in movies but I believe people are -- I don't want to say bored -- but less enamored by gigantic visual effects driven films," says "Arrival" producer Aaron Ryder.

"I also think that there may be, perhaps, a little bit of fatigue within the superhero genre. You wouldn't be able to tell by the box office but I think there is."

- 'Anti-Independence Day' -

Ryder may be thinking of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," which delighted the accountants at Warner Bros. earlier this year but was panned by the critics.

Amy Adams, one of the stars in the film, takes the lead role in "Arrival" as Louise Banks, a linguist enlisted by the army after 12 alien pods pop up worldwide, to help figure out what their "heptapod" occupants want. The global powers argue among themselves and a group of nations led by China decides that in order to save humanity they should blow these gentle, enormous creatures out of the sky.

It's up to Banks, a mother who has loved and lost, to put her life on the line by reaching out to the extraterrestrials. This is where the movie becomes a cerebral excursion into the time travel paradox. The director does a superb job of flashing you through the early childhood, youth and untimely death of Louise’s daughter, which at first makes you think you’re up to speed. But as the movie skillfully flashes back and forth you soon learn Louise has a unique skill that has brought the two races together at this precise time.

Just when you think the human race will never overcome its military industrial distrust of itself, or any other intelligent life for that matter, the linguist makes a stunning discovery. The oruborus-like language through which the aliens express themselves has a power that ends up solving everything. In a magnificent “Zero-Sum-Game,” humans make a vital trade with the aliens. They save us now, and we save them in 3,000 years. I promise you will come away from this movie with a deeper appreciation of humanity and off-world intelligence than we have been getting post-CE3K. She portrayed an outstanding Lois Lane in Superman, but she is a magnificent Louise in ARRIVAL.

You will want to keep those unbuttered napkins close. Great movie.

The 42-year-old five-time Oscar nominee said the film reminded her of the value of "life, all life, my daughter's life, our relationship, communication."

Set in Montana, "Arrival" was filmed in Villeneuve's native Quebec for a reported $50 million -- a small budget for a leading sci-fi movie.

David Linde, a co-producer with Ryder and Dan Levine, said his team and the director set out from the start to make a film that felt "really distinct," despite the familiar genre. It is low-key compared to the brain-eating alien films with which we have been beaten over the last few decades. This is not a 5th Wave, Independence Day, War of the World’s kind of flick. This is a time travel, moral, lovely film that should humble the human being. I recommend it.

The Purple Party Revolution has Begun

I don’t know if you find this amusing, but it never ceases to amaze me what spoiled brats the Democrats are. For six months, the Democrats described Trump supporters as violent, intolerant, and potential anarchists should Trump lose the election. Master investor and manipulator George Soros funded social media technicians to choke the US network with calls for martial law to control trump rallies as magnets for violent folks who want to tear America apart. He poured PAC money into efforts to support Democrats who adopted the slogan Stronger Together as a paid advertisement for voters, when exactly the opposite was true. Millions of people were solicited, tricked, and begged into liking this and sharing that to tilt the social media mojo in their favor. But we the people, the silent majority, got wise to that. We did not share or like, just because the post demanded that we do so. We stopped clicking on the paid advertisements or the propaganda links. We got smarter than our phones, and we did it in very short order.

Amid colorful and cross-gendered clothing, haircuts, and body piercings, the Democrats hugged their teddy bears in their safe spaces, afraid to even lay eyes on a chalked MAGA here, or God forbid a GO TRUMP there. They were tender and timid and devoted to their queen who promised them, and promised them, and promised them. Apparently, they didn’t swell Hillary’s rallies, because they were afraid of crowds, preferring instead to thumb their support on Twitter or Facebook or troll people who go to church or have kids, or who would rather work than receive a government check, or who might stand their ground against a tyrannical government in the snowy wilderness of Harney County, Oregon.

But then, a funny thing happened on the way to the election. Smart phone users began doing their own research; something they stopped teaching in college, I suppose. Instead of listening to propagandic actors on paid advertising programs posing as news, smart phone users began to hit free press sites like Drudge Report, Newsmax, Breitbart, and Truth Frequency Radio millions of times an hour. They learned about the content of Hillary’s emails, Podesta’s conniving, Bill’s illicit activities with underage girls, and discovered that Obama and Hillary had not only founded ISIS, but they were funding them, arming them, and providing top level intel so they could destroy Libya, Iraq, and Syria on behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran.

But I digress. The point is that an informed electorate began to explode in a movement the likes of which this nation has never seen. Or rather should I say, they were unseen. The pollsters didn’t call

Page 13: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

them, because they didn’t have a land line. The Democrats couldn’t see them, because they didn’t watch Trump rallies. They didn’t go to Trump rallies. They didn’t listen to his speeches, because the unfree media did not play them. All they knew was their queen and the Main Stream mantra. All they heard, and thus all they knew, were the three words, “Free, free, free.” Everyone who was not a Democrat was deplorable, intolerant, and violent. And no Democrat dare speak about an alternative to the Clinton Crime Syndicate, because they got the word from on high; MINE.

The Trump movement completed its metamorphosis late Monday night, and on the morning of November 8th, the cocoon began to rip open. County by county and State by State, and electoral vote by electoral vote, the fairy queen’s dream of world domination through subterfuge, bribery, and focus group massaged propaganda melted away like water poured on the wicked witch of the West. The people in the real world were standing in unemployment lines, or paddling as hard as they could to keep their small business afloat in a torrent of acidic regulations dissolving their canoe by the minute, or former manufacturers that realized there were 9 million more Federal workers than there were manufacturing workers. They went to the polls in greater numbers than ever before in history and voted for America. They believed in America first, not Hillary first. They believed that it was the people that make America great, not the Federal government. They voted to exit Washington DC. They voted to cut the umbilical cord and begin breathing free air for the first time in more than a decade.

But then, what happened? The tolerant, inclusive, stronger together crowd began to burn and rape and pillage and burn. They began to break windows and to beat up anyone they could find with evidence that they supported Donald Trump. They threatened to leave the country. They threatened to secede. They refused to accept the election. They even threatened to force electoral delegates to vote for Hillary regardless of the voters of their State. They threatened to murder Trump before he takes office.

These are the same children who refuse to do their chores. These are the same children who stomp their feet and cry and yell and scream for hours to get out of doing a one-minute chore like putting their clothes in the laundry, or heaven forbid, actually do the laundry. These are the same children who refuse to do homework and then attack the teacher for giving them a D in the course. These are the same people who know an ID is required to vote for years in advance, and then complain about the law when they show up to vote without it. These are the people who think the world owes them a living, healthcare, free college; notice I didn’t say education. Education to me is learning how to learn above everything else. Indoctrination with State propaganda does not teach a person how to learn. I see these people every day hired as temporary employees and then fired a couple of weeks later because they cannot retain even the simplest instructions. These are the 80% that sit around and benefit from the work of the 20% that actually do stuff.

One has to ask the question, “Why was a people like this ever created?” The answer is very simple. Money. The elected officials don’t make much off of wages. But in a couple of terms, they can use insider trading to make themselves rich beyond measure. Diane Feinstein is a good example. She had made her husband a hundred millionaire by feeding him fat government contracts. But she has also invested in, or received stock as a commission from, dozens of companies who are publically traded. It sounds illegal, because it is illegal. But the only ones watching in Congress, and they’re

Page 14: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

doing it too. And the chief law enforcement officer? Hell, he is the king of them all. In only 8 short years, including golf and vacations, he amassed a net worth of more than $20 million and netted more than $1 billion for his own library and properties around the world that make up a string of post-presidential palaces for him and his children. Do you think he is going to stop the grifting? No.

Meanwhile, cities all over America are burning today because the tolerant and peaceful Party is not happy with the people’s choice. The Party of peace is now at war. The chant is the same in any language. Where is my free stuff? Wake me up when it’s time to eat. Please, take my baby’s body apart and sell it to find a cure for old age. Long live the queen.

Defeated Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton is not about to «go quietly into that good night». Oh, she cried all night, because her machine only works when the vote is very close. It wasn’t. Trump is up more than 2.8 million votes and counting. Plus, he got 78% of the electoral college, exactly as we predicted here on X-Squared Radio.

On the morning after her surprising and unanticipated defeat at the hands of Republican Party upstart Donald Trump, Mrs. Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, entered the ball room of the art-deco New Yorker hotel in midtown Manhattan and were both adorned in purple attire. Purple. Strange, this color purple. You know that Luciferians never ignore the significance of color. Candles, saints, spells, and clothes all mean something in the dark arts. The press immediately noticed the color and asked what it represented. Clinton spokespeople claimed it was to represent the coming together of Democratic «Blue America» and Republican «Red America» into a united purple blend. This, of course, was another lie upon a lie. George Soros poured billions into tearing the Republic apart, and he is not done yet. His soldiers are called the Purple Army, and they are still engaged in the Purple Revolution.

The Clintons, who both have received millions of dollars in campaign contributions and Clinton Foundation donations from Soros, were, in fact, helping to launch Soros’s Purple Revolution in America. The Purple Revolution will resist all efforts by the Trump administration to dismantle the socialist policies of Barack Obama. The Purple Revolution will also seek to make the Trump administration a short one through Soros-style street protests and political disruption. They will burn, batter, and berate the free American until he is forced to retaliate. The trick has worked for 50 years, thanks to the news media. No cameras sit at the ready for when a rocket falls into the streets of Israel, but thousands sit on tripods at the ready for when Israel retaliates against a rocket launch site built in an elementary schoolyard, or on the roof of a hospital. Israel loses the war in the press every day. So will Trump.

It is doubtful that President Trump’s aides will advise the new president to carry out a diversionary criminal investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s private email servers and other issues related to the activities of the Clinton Foundation, especially when the nation faces so many other pressing issues, including jobs, immigration, and health care. However, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz said he will continue hearings in the Republican-controlled Congress on Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and Mrs. Clinton’s aide Huma Abedin. President Trump should not allow himself to be distracted by these efforts. Chaffetz was not one of Trump’s most loyal supporters.

Page 15: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

Here is what I do know. When the new Atty General is unleased, he must go after the Foundation and he must follow it like McCarthy would. He must seize every dollar, jail every henchman, and clean out every Agency that was complicit or involved with the same of secrets for money. This will do two things. First, it will force the Clinton Crime Syndicate underground. Second, it will restore America’s faith in the justice system. They must also support and protect all whistleblowers, pardon Assange and Snowden and publicly thank them for doing what our own press should have been doing. Award them. That will show the people that the Trump administration is clean and has nothing to hide.

America’s globalists and interventionists are already pushing the meme that because so many establishment and entrenched national security and military «experts» opposed Trump’s candidacy, Trump is «required» to call on them to join his administration because there are not enough such «experts» among Trump’s inner circle of advisers. Of course, this will spell death to his administration.

There is absolutely no reason for Trump to seek the advice from old Republican fossils like Baker, Hadley, former Secretaries of State Rice and Powell, the lunatic former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton, and others. He must clean out Susan Rice Samantha Power, that truly insane Sec of the EPA and all the other liars, especially Jeh Johnson. When they dig into his filing cabinets they will find the most vile anti-American policies ever conjured.

There are thousands of Trump supporters who have a wealth of experience in foreign and national security matters, including those of African, Haitian, Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not neocons, who can fill Trump’s senior- and middle-level positions. There are private sector scientists, writers, radio hosts, and analysts who can and will serve faithfully to uphold the Constitution and make America great again.

Trump must distance himself from sudden well-wishing neocons, adventurists, militarists, and interventionists and not permit them to infest his administration. If Mrs. Clinton had won the presidency, an article on the incoming administration would have read as follows:

President-elect Trump cannot afford to permit those who are in the same web as Nuland, Hadley, Bolton, and others to join his administration where they would metastasize like an aggressive form of cancer. These individuals would not carry out Trump’s policies but seek to continue to damage America’s relations with Russia, China, Iran, Cuba, and other nations.

No sooner had Trump been declared the 45th president of the United States, Soros-funded political operations launched their activities to disrupt Trump during Obama’s lame-duck period and thereafter. The truth is that Obama has been a lame duck for his entire second term. He spent 20% of his presidency on the golf course or on vacation, costing the taxpayers more than $100 million. He was only there to let the cancer of socialism to connect with the old Soviet empire that fills the career cubicles of the Agency Government to this very day. They lie in wait for the word to come rushing out against Trump. He must get there first and end them where they fester deep in the bowels of the Agency Government in dozens of iconic buildings all over DC. The swiftness of the Purple Revolution is reminiscent of the speed at which protesters hit the streets of Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, in two Orange Revolutions sponsored by Soros, one in

Page 16: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

2004 and the other, ten years later, in 2014. They are good at it, but remember, they can only last a few weeks. The silent majority of the Republic and its Congress can and will outlast the Revolution with our own Revolution.

As the Clintons were embracing purple in New York, street demonstrations, some violent, all coordinated by the Soros-funded Moveon.org and «Black Lives Matter», broke out in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Oakland, Nashville, Cleveland, Washington, Austin, Seattle, Philadelphia, Richmond, St. Paul, Kansas City, Omaha, San Francisco, and some 200 other cities across the United States.

The Soros-financed Russian singing group «Pussy Riot» released on YouTube an anti-Trump music video titled «Make America Great Again». The video went «viral» on the Internet, because of Twitter bots and phony FB accounts financed and managed by Soros-backed companies. The key is to beware anything viral. Check out its source. Verify, verify, and then reverify. Or, you can just listen to TFR. The use of political graffiti is a popular tactic, because the millennials think they are cool if they base their lives on it. Some of them will tattoo it on their skin, not even thinking that they will regret it in a year when everyone has gone back to work except them. The street protests and anti-Trump music and art were the first phase of Soros’s Purple Revolution in America. What do they want? To be perpetually unemployed, fed, housed, and have free health care. That’s all.

One of Trump’s political advertisements, released just prior to Election Day, stated that George Soros, Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen, and Goldman Sachs chief executive officer Lloyd Blankfein, are all part of «a global power structure that is responsible for the economic decisions that have robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth and put that money into the pockets of a handful of large corporations and political entities». It is all true.

Soros and his minions immediately and ridiculously attacked the ad as «anti-Semitic». President Trump should be on guard against those who his campaign called out in the ad and their colleagues. Soros’s son, Alexander Soros, called on Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, and her husband Jared Kushner, to publicly disavow Trump. I ask you, fellow Earth explorers. It took an enormous amount to get you to register and then vote to save this Republic. Are you ready to give up? I didn’t think so. Get ready. The revolution has just begun.

Soon after Donald Trump was elected the 45th president of America, we warned in a story on ANP that 'America' still was nowhere near 'out of the woods' with a globalist cartel still largely in control of US and global affairs and still holding several 'Trump cards' with 2016 winding down and January 20th of 2017 still seeming a very long way away.

Despite the absolutely amazing victory accomplished by Donald Trump and the Deplorables against the MSM, Clinton Crime Syndicate, snowflakes, cupcakes and globalists worldwide, we've long warned that the globalists who stole away America have no intention what-so-ever of simply allowing America to take America back. And while we're hopeful that the next 68+ days will go by 'uneventfully', to see what else is now happening across America and worldwide continues to lead us to believe we better be prepared for something huge on the table in the coming months.

we pray that Donald Trump is watching his back and his Secret Service protectors prepared for the madness that will likely surround a Trump presidency. With Slavo reminding us of John F. Kennedy, we weren't surprised to see on Tuesday night, after it became apparent that Donald Trump might win the presidency, this story on ANP once again went viral and stayed hot for the next several days.

With fools across Twitter and social media flooding the web with assassination threats against Trump, we ask that all ANP readers please pray for his safety - for there is no doubt in our minds that the amazing power of prayer and God's answer to those prayers helped to get Trump voted into office in the first place.

Slavo's editor's comment at the SHTFPlan story:

Editor’s Comment: There are powers bigger than just the president, and Trump is under a lot of pressure right now to take advice from people who represent the deepest and darkest interests at work in foreign policy. America will be undergo a tremendous test in the next term, as terrorism, war, a divided population and the global economy all threaten to explode on his watch, leaving the situation open to exploit by the advisors and appointees of the Deep State, and the secret societies that create and steer world affairs.

After decades as a billionaire businessman, Trump is finally playing ball in the big leagues, and that means some very serious characters at work in and around his office of power.

If Trump thinks he’s now the big boss, he’d better be very careful and watch is back. History has a lot to say about JFK’s assassination – because it concerns his attempt to oust the shadow powers from his administration.

Cohen Dead at 82

Leonard Cohen, the influential singer-songwriter and member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, has died at 82, a publicist for his record label confirmed to National Public Radio Thursday. News of Cohen's death first appeared on his Facebook fan page."My father passed away peacefully at his home in Los Angeles with the knowledge that he had completed what he felt was one of his greatest records," his son Adam Cohen, who produced his last album "You Want It Darker," said Thursday night, according to NPR. "He was writing up until his last moments with his unique brand of humor."A Quebec native, Cohen was a well-known poet and novelist before breaking into the music business at 31 in 1966, Reuters reported . Critics often compared him to Bob Dylan.Even though he rarely made the pop charts with what Reuters called "moody folk-rock," his most famous song, "Hallelujah," has been covered by hundreds of artists since its release in 1984. The song, according to the news agency, invoked the biblical King David and drew parallels between physical love and a desire for spiritual connection."There are few artists in the realm of popular music who can truly be called poets, in the classical, arts-and-letters sense of the word. Among them are Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, Joni Mitchell, and Phil Ochs. Leonard Cohen heads this elite class," Cohen's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame biography reads. He was inducted in 2008."Cohen's recording career spans 40 years, commencing with the 1967 release of his debut album, 'Songs of Leonard Cohen.' He was in his early thirties and seven years older than Dylan, and his age set him apart from the young musicians who dominated the rock and folk worlds," the bio continued.

Cohen became a practicing Buddhist during the mid-70s and from 1994-99 he spent time at a monastery in Mount Baldy, California, as a personal assistant to his teacher, Kyozan Joshu Sasaki, according to Billboard . His 2006 poetry collection, "Book of Longing," inspired a song cycle by Philip Glass, the magazine noted. He won four Juno Awards and one Grammy and was also honored with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010. Cohen is also member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, and he received a Princess of Asturias Award, Billboard said. In 2011, Cohen was named a Companion of the Order of Canada, the country's highest civilian award. He is one of the greatest lyricists of all time, and I would not have truly and carefully known him were it not for my dearest friend, Christina.I'm Your ManLeonard CohenIf you want a loverI'll do anything you ask me toAnd if you want another kind of loveI'll wear a mask for youIf you want a partner, take my hand, orIf you want to strike me down in angerHere I standI'm your manIf you want a boxerI will step into the ring for youAnd if you want a doctorI'll examine every inch of youIf you want a driver, climb insideOr if you want to take me for a rideYou know you canI'm your manAh, the moon's too brightThe chain's too tightThe beast won't go to sleepI've been running through these promises to youThat I made and I could not keepAh, but a man never got a woman backNot by begging on his kneesOr I'd crawl to you baby and I'd fall at your feetAnd I'd howl at your beauty like a dog in heatAnd I'd howl at your beauty like a dog in heatAnd I'd claw at your heart, and I'd tear at your sheetI'd say please (please)I'm your man

Robot Wars Update

A killer robot which can detect a human from over four miles away - and shoot them dead - could be being implemented at the Russian border. The device will be used predominantly to detect low flying drones and other potential aerial weapons attempting to cross the border.

It will be able to monitor the location of drones, find information about their origin and track their movement, before sending all information to an operating base.

Features of the 'Flight' robot will include radar, thermal imaging and both colour and black and white video cameras. Chief project engineer Dmitry Perminov said: "In its structure there is a radar unit that detects a target: human - to about 7km distance, the car - up to 10km.

"After detection, the target is in engaged using an optical system." When they talk about engaging a target, it means they shoot at it. Even the best vision systems cannot target a human at 4 miles. In fact, unless it is using a stereographic Infrared system, it cannot determine range and the actual kill shot from even close distances. Once the round is fired, if the target moves before the slug arrives, the robot will miss the target.

And he confirmed that interest in the robot has already been significant. Although the Agnew Yard Sentry is far more effective, cheaper, and can operate autonomously for up to 8 hours even if the power connection is destroyed. Once the self-contained Agnew Sentry is activated, it will engage every IR signature in motion between 14” and 96” above the ground within the kill zone. The dual 0.223 caliber barrels can fire up to 360 rounds per minute in a semi-auto mode with a high mass rotating head. The IR targeting system is capable of working effectively at distances up to 200 yards. It can remain below ground, inside its protective lid for up to a year without maintenance.

Perminov added: "The Russian system can be applied not only as a military interface , but also for the protection of any strategic objects, as long as they have a secure power supply.

"Interest in it is not only the military, but also in oil to control the pipeline and stop tapping and the theft of oil.

"We already had a real case during the system test. At some point [the robot] recorded the theft of electric cables.

"It filmed a video where a man was seen sawing a wire. A team was sent out and he was caught red-handed."

The device is constantly being upgraded, according to Perminov and already has a high definition camera installed to make detection of unmanned drones easier.

Final software aims to be capable of being to tell the difference between allies and enemies.

Page 21: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

The only problem remains is that pesky battery. Even this robot, when it gets to end of the extension cord, dies. Still, 4 miles away , you better keep moving, or it might be able to shoot you.

So, don’t worry about terminator yet. The amount of energy it takes to move around, target, and shoot is still too much for anything Eveready makes.

Take a New Look at Earth

Black magic.

That's what radiofrequency engineers call the mysterious forces guiding communications over the air. These forces involve complex physics and are difficult enough to master on Earth. They only get more baffling when you're beaming signals into space.

Until now, the shape of choice for casting this "magic" has been the parabolic dish. The bigger the antenna dish, the better it is at "catching" or transmitting signals from far away.

But CubeSats are changing that. These spacecraft are meant to be light, cheap and extremely small: most aren't much bigger than a cereal box. Suddenly, antenna designers have to pack their "black magic" into a device where there's no room for a dish -- let alone much else.

"It's like pulling a rabbit out of a hat," said Nacer Chahat, a specialist in antenna design at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, California. "Shrinking the size of the radar is a challenge for NASA. As space engineers, we usually have lots of volume, so building antennas packed into a small volume isn't something we're trained to do."

Challenge accepted.

Chahat and his team have been pushing the limits of antenna designs, and recently worked with a CubeSat team on the antenna for Radar In a CubeSat (RainCube), a technology demonstration mission scheduled for launch in 2018. RainCube's distinctive antenna looks a little like an umbrella stuffed into a jack-in-the-box; when open, its ribs extend out of a canister and splay out a golden mesh.

As its name suggests, RainCube will use radar to measure rain and snowfall. CubeSats are measured in increments of 1U (A CubeSat unit, or 1U, is roughly equivalent to a 4-inch cubic box, or 10x10x10 cubic centimeters). The RainCube antenna has to be small enough to be crammed into a 1.5U container. Think of it as an antenna in a can, with no spare room for anything else.

"Large, deployable antennas that can be stowed in a small volume are a key technology for radar missions," said JPL's Eva Peral, principal investigator for RainCube. "They open a new realm of possibilities for science advancement and unique applications."

Page 22: Numerous users on Twitter - x2-radio.comx2-radio.com/Notes/2016/X2-Radio_2016-11-13.docx  · Web viewSmall wonder that big business, ... Hispanic, and Arab descent and who are not

To maintain its relatively small size, the antenna relies on the high-frequency, Ka-band wavelength -- something that's still rare for NASA CubeSats, but is ideally suited to RainCube. But Ka-band has other uses besides radar. It allows for an exponential increase in data transfer over long distances, making it the perfect tool for telecommunications.

Ka-band allows for data rates about 16 times higher than X-band, the current standard on most NASA spacecraft.

In that sense, the development of RainCube's antenna can test the use of CubeSats more generally. While most have been limited to simple studies in near-Earth orbit, the right technology could allow them to be used as far away as Mars or beyond. That might open up CubeSats to a whole range of future missions.

"To enable the next step in CubeSat evolution, you need this kind of technology," said JPL's Jonathan Sauder, mechanical engineer lead for the RainCube antenna.

Chahat was brought on to the RainCube team after he worked on another innovative antenna design. The MarCO (Mars Cube One) mission consists of a pair of Cubesats that have been proposed to fly in 2018 with NASA's InSight lander, which would measure the Red Planet's tectonics for the first time. While InSight is touching down, the two MarCO CubeSats would relay information about the landing back to Earth. Just like RainCube, MarCO is primarily a technology demonstration; it would test how future missions could use CubeSats to carry communication relays with them, enabling researchers to know what's happening on the ground much faster.

The MarCO design looks nothing like a typical antenna. In place of a round dish are three flat panels dotted with reflective material. The shape and size of these dots form concentric rings that mimic the curve of a dish. Just as a dish might, this mosaic pattern of dots focuses the signal radiated from the antenna's feed towards Earth.

"New technologies like these allow NASA and JPL to do more with less," said JPL's John Baker, program manager for MarCO. "We want to make it possible to explore anywhere we want in the solar system."

Both RainCube and MarCO highlight creative workarounds to the size limits of CubeSats. The next trick for Chahat and his colleagues will be combining those designs into an even bigger antenna: a reflectarray ranging 3.3 feet by 3.3 feet (1 meter by 1 meter) and made up of 15 flat panels. These segmented panels would unfold like the flat surface of MarCo's, while the antenna's feed would telescope out like RainCube's antenna. This antenna would be called OMERA, short for the One Meter Reflectarray.

"If we can extend the technology to one meter in size, the OMERA antenna will push the limits of what can be practically flown today on a CubeSat," said Tom Cwik, manager of space technology at JPL.

A prototype of the OMERA CubeSat is expected to be ready by March of 2017.

"OMERA's larger array will produce higher gain for telecommunications applications, or will produce narrower beam widths for Earth science needs," Chahat said. That means we would be able to venture even farther into deep space and will have even more powerful and accurate radars."

The World-Wide Astronomy Newtowork

I’m Pranvera Hyseni, founder and director of “Astronomy Outreach of Kosovo” program, which is the largest non-profit astronomy outreach program in Kosovo. Our mission is to spread the science, inspire the people about exploring the planetary system and educating the youth to get us off this planet and back into space.

Since it formed over 4.5 billion years ago, Earth has been hit many times by asteroids and comets whose orbits bring them into the inner solar system. These objects, collectively known as Near Earth Objects or NEOs, still pose a danger to Earth today. There is no doubt that sometime in the future Earth will suffer another cosmic impact; the only question is "When ?". There is strong scientific evidence that cosmic collisions have played a major role in the past. Scientist believe that 65 million years ago, Earth has been crashed by a huge Asteroid in Jukatan Peninsula in Mexico. This impact made a huge explosion. Debris from the explosion was thrown into the atmosphere, severely altering the climate, and leading to the extinction species that existed at that time, including the dinosaurs. That such cosmic collisions can still occur today was demonstrated graphically in 1994 when Comet ‘Levy’ crashed into the atmosphere of Jupiter. Many people ask: Why do we hunt the Near-earth objects ? Why it’s so much important to know their trajectory ? Now, imagine if such an asteroid or comet would hit Earth ? What would happen ? We would have suffered global catastrophes of the kind that inspire science fiction movies. It would have disappear all kind of life evidence on Earth, including us.

To make sure that nothing is gonna happen like that, is to protect our planet by cosmic impact. By the fact the NEOs are really really faint and small objects in sky, then it’s really hard to detect them, but we must not stop investigating them and catching them before they enter our atmosphere, otherwise it could be too late. To increase safety about this, our group has think of a solution! Unfortunately, there in the world doesn’t exist any website, where all observers from different side of the world (profesional & amateurs) can join together to show what they have actually been observing and exploring, using optical equipment like Telescopes, Observatories, Radiotelescopes, Interferometers, Planetariums etc. We have think to create a website on which we showed all these categories, and each observer can long in from his country and can post all data that they have collected from their observations of NEOs, no matter if it was thru telescopes or radiotelescopes or interferometer etc. This Website can be a "WORLD WIDE ASTRONOMY NETWORK" between all astronomers of the world. Amateur Astronomers can contribute on this site a lot, they can help different organizations,

including NASA who have the equipment needed, just by giving information to choose targets thru that website. Its a GREAT way to accelerate the speed of detection and characterization. This is the best way how astronomers can work together just by using a website and find out for a short time the trajectory of an asteroid and understanding if that can be hazardous asteroid. It’s the easiest way to help NASA know earlier about such an hazard.

At the end, I just want to tell everyone that exploring the sky it’s not something that only NASA should do, but it’s up to all of us, because we protect our Planet and our lives. However, keep searching the skies, exploring and discovering, because you never know what you are gonna find up there….. Isn’t that true !? :

So, here is what I am thinking. There are tens of thousands of amateur astronomers out there with great telescopes. 8-12” Schmidtt or Maksutov-Cassegrain scopes with digital cameras and software can be assigned to a point in space to watch for an hour a couple of nights a week. They set up, run the program, collect the data, and FTP that data to a central data exchange. That data is stitched together to make a picture of the space around us. If it is designed correctly, we should be able to detect NEO’s months or even years ahead of time. Right now, no one is looking in a coordinated way. The hardware is out there. All we have to do is coordinate it to save the human race. A small grant of $1,000 a year would be more than enough to make sure we have an ongoing network of high-quality data coming in from all over the planet. It would take a few dozen staff members to handle the incoming data at first, but a computer program could stitch the sites together and watch for anything moving out there a few billion miles.

It’s a great idea, and I would like to develop it, if possible. Just think about it.

Great Investments for the Trump Era

When Kelly Hollatz sleeps, she dreams in orange. When Hollatz is awake, all she sees is orange, too.

That’s not surprising for a CEO who’s made her life’s trade out of supplying orange barrels and other highway safety equipment to roadway construction workers across the Tristate.

It was 2005 when Hollatz decided to found First Star Safety LLC. “My dad had owned his own company, and my brother owned his own company. And I’d had a few internships in college and decided corporate life — working for someone else — wasn’t for me,” she says.

“I had already worked basically my entire life up until then in the restaurant and hospitality industry,” adds Hollatz, who earned her degree in communications at the University of Cincinnati.

Hollatz decided to spend six months researching the area markets to see what new consumer concept might fly — or drive — best. She quickly realized there was a lack of local suppliers

meeting the needs of the highway construction industry: Orange barrels, safety cones, barricades and the like.

“I went to some banks about small business loans, and was basically laughed out of their offices,” Hollatz recalls with a smirk. “I finally ended up taking a second mortgage on my house, and took a ‘If you build it, they will come’ kind of attitude.”

The customers did indeed come, and Hollatz, who now works out of her warehouse and front-end office in Loveland, has expanded the business into diamond fencing, caution tape, earplugs, barricade lights, first-aid kits, portable strobes, goggles, wet floor signs, flags, respiratory protection gear, flares, safety vests and glasses, and even hard hats.

Another product that’s become popular in the First Star line is shirt imprinting. The company can supply safety green and OSHA orange T-shirts, with or without pockets, that are printed with any company name and logo.

“The large majority of my customers are construction workers out in the field,” rather than anybody sitting behind a desk at an office, Hollatz notes of her targeted, and unusual, market.

Her company has grown to 18 employees during the past four years, and now she’s looking for a new, larger warehouse. Serving any institution from airports and hospitals to schools and governments, Hollatz rents and sells “to everyone who has a parking lot or road where the public travels and needs to safely drive.”

"orange barrels orange barrels every where I see, orange barrels orange barrels looking back at me,look at larry, darryl, and darryl standing next to the orange barrel, looking back at me,

they have signs that say slow down,I drive 25 through town, there faces are dark, dirty and brown, there looking back at me,

orange barrels orange barrels every where I see, orange barrels orange barrels why can't I be free, look at larry darryl and darryl standing next to the orange barrel,in there orange vest apparel looking back at me,

they stand in there stink and sweat,i haven't seen them working yet, they have to pee in a port-a-let,and their butt crack smiles at me,

Nobel Peace Prize Nominee Julian Assange

As you know, we here at X-Squared Radio, nominated Julian Assange for the Nobel Prize for Peace a couple of years ago. We have maintained here that people have secrets, not governments. We have also supported the idea that telling the public about a crime is not a crime. Julian never killed anyone, but he told about hundreds of thousands of innocent people murdered by government forces. Julian never stole anything, but he told us about billions stolen from taxpayers and the poorest of Earth’s people by the mega-wealthy and the megalomaniacs who want to rule the world. He never molested or raped anyone, but he told us about children, women, men, and boys who have been raped, molested, and sold into slavery by the worst tyrants of our day. He verifies, validates, and then shares the secrets of those in government so we can get them out of our leadership.

Numerous users on Twitter have called upon President-elect Trump to pardon WikiLeaks founder and editor Julian Assange as one of his first acts in office.

“Trump should really pardon Julian Assange. His forcing of transparency and fearlessness may have saved us from Clinton’s WWIII,” said writer Cassandra Fairbanks.

I have supported the hashtags #PardonAssange and #FreeJulian. I would appreciate if you would do the same.

Australian politician Pauline Hanson also expressed interest in the pardoning of Assange, writing, “I hope that in light of his great service towards freedom and truth President Elect Donald Trump will consider granting Mr Assange a full presidential pardon,” further describing the Australian-born Wikileaks founder as “an Australian hero.”

“Thanks to the many calling on Trump to pardon Assange,” posted the official Wikileaks account, after dozens of other users also joined in with the request for a presidential pardon. “Yet all that is needed is for the DoJ to do the right thing.”

Despite seemingly supporting Wikileaks’ recent release of emails from the DNC, Hillary Clinton, and John Podesta, president-elect Trump has previously expressed a high level of distaste for former Wikileaks source and whistleblower Edward Snowden, calling him a “traitor” in 2013.

A Change.org petition has been set up following the election, petitioning president-elect Trump to pardon Assange. It has reached nearly 10,000 signatures. It needs to have millions. I have left the link in my notes,
