Being a follower of Christ means that you have encountered the grace of God through the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. How to become a Christian: *We can't do anything to become a Christian because we are sinners and we fall short of God's glory. Because we are sinners we are worthy of the penalty of our sins which is judgment and punishment. However, Jesus paid and died for our sins so that we can be forgiven and justified. Confess and repent of your sinfulness and accept by faith what Christ has done for you. Prayer of Faith "Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, please forgive me. I believe and accept by grace that Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead and is alive. I confess Jesus to be my Savior and Lord of my life. Please allow the Holy Spirit to help me to do Your will. In Jesus' name. Amen. "That if you confess with mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Ro. 10:9-10 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of your works; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." Leviticus 20:23-26 And you shall not walk in the statutes of the nationwhich I am casting out before you; for they commit all these things, andtherefore I abhor them. 24 But I have said to you, "You shall inherit theirland, and I will give it to you to possess, a land flowing with milk andhoney." I am the LORD your God, who has separated you from thepeoples. 25 You shall therefore distinguish between clean animals andunclean, between unclean birds and clean, and you shall not makeyourselves abominable by beast or by bird, or by any kind of living thingthat creeps on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean. 26

And you shall be holy to Me, for I the LORD am holy, and have separatedyou from the peoples, that you should be Mine.Psalm 96:9-10 Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness! Tremblebefore Him, all the earth. 10 Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns; The world also is firmly established, It shall not be moved; He shall judgethe peoples righteously."Isaiah 53:1-3 Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm ofthe LORD been revealed? 2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tenderplant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; Andwhen we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him. 3 He isdespised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we didnot esteem Him.Numbers 16:40-44 to be a memorial to the children of Israel that nooutsider, who is not a descendant of Aaron, should come near to offerincense before the LORD, that he might not become like Korah and hiscompanions, just as the LORD had said to him through Moses. 41 On thenext day all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured againstMoses and Aaron, saying, "You have killed the people of the LORD." 42

Now it happened, when the congregation had gathered against Moses andAaron, that they turned toward the tabernacle of meeting; and suddenly thecloud covered it, and the glory of the LORD appeared. 43 Then Moses andAaron came before the tabernacle of meeting. 44 And the LORD spoke toMoses, saying,Numbers 16:46 So Moses said to Aaron, "Take a censer and put fire in it fromthe altar, put incense on it, and take it quickly to the congregation and makeatonement for them; for wrath has gone out from the LORD. The plague hasbegun."

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begottenSon, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlastinglife. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

“The Gospel of Christ knows no religion but social; no holiness, but social holiness.”

“What is then the perfection of which man is capable while he dwells in a corruptiblebody? This is the sum of Christian perfection and holiness: It is all comprised in that

one word, Love. The branch of it is the love of God: And as he that loves God loves oneanother also.” ~John Wesley

“Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all theplaces you can. At all the times you can. To all the people you can. As long as ever you

can.” ~John Wesley

“Holiness is humility and the holiest will be the humblest.” Andrew MurrayLet all teachers of holiness, whether in the pulpit or on the platform, and all seekers

after holiness, whether in the closet or the convention, take warning: There is no prideso dangerous, so subtle and insidious, as the pride of holiness. ~Andrew Murray

Holiness as __________________________________________.1 John 5:18 We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who hasbeen born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth isnot in us.Philippians 3:6-7 concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning therighteousness which is in the law, blameless. 7 But what things were gain to me,these I have counted loss for Christ.

Holiness as ___________________________________________.Matthew 25:31-35 "When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holyangels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nationswill be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as ashepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on Hisright hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on Hisright hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared foryou from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food;I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;Matthew 25:41-44 1 Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Departfrom Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and hisangels: 42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gaveMe no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you didnot clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.' 44 Then they also willanswer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or astranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?'Romans 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for usall, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
