The rightchoice for you
Arranging InterviewsFrom our shortlist we arrange face-to-face or Skype interviews at a mutually convenient time or if more appropriate, our consultants can conduct three-way telephone interviews, enabling us to immediately clarify both the requirements of the employer and candidate.
How do we complete the recruitment process?If the employer is satisfied with the candidate and wishes to make an employment offer, an offer letter is prepared and sent to Peak Recruitment and we ensure this is signed by the candidate confirming acceptance.
Peak Recruitment can also assist with the obtaining of references on behalf of the new employer, offering translation to English, where necessary. Once the offer is accepted and confirmed, a start date is then agreed.

Nursing and Midwifery CouncilAlthough citizens of the European Union do not need a work permit to work in the UK, all qualified nurses must register with the NMC to be issued with a PIN number. Peak Recruitment supports nurses throughout the NMC application process to achieve registration quickly.
How about the Disclosure and Barring Service?When our clients apply for the enhanced DBS check Peak Recruitment can oversee this application process for candidates.
How long is it before the successful candidate can start?In the majority of cases, it takes up to one month for the candidate to start dependent on their notice period. It may take less time if they are already based in the UK, or are able to work whilst supervised under a POVA or ISA clearance during training, pending the full DBS check.
Do I need to arrange accommodation?If the accommodation is not offered by the employer, Peak Recruitment can arrange suitable accommodation for the candidate and assist with their travel arrangements.
