Introduction
I.
Welcome to the World of Nurturing Massage...
In this DVD, you will learn how to give and receive a special massage designed to relax and nurture your partner and yourself.
This special massage is based on research of the natural energy flows of the body. Each stroke produces a gentle feeling of warmth and pleasure, for the giver, as well as the receiver and it is wonderful before sleep and as a prelude to lovemaking or as a quiet way to relax. It can also be used as a gentle finishing touch to a traditional massage.
As you give the massage, allow your love for your partner to flow through your fingertips. It is your nurturing energy that they will receive. Always caress your partner away from the feet and toward the head and use a gentle, loving touch. Stroke each area three times, slowly. Relax and let your breathing flow with your movement. Breathe into your heart, with the intention of caring and love. Your gentle stroke along the energy pathways will release the nurturing feeling. First, create a warm and loving atmosphere with soft music and candle light. Next, have your partner lie down. We are using a massage table, but a bed or a couch is also fine. The most important thing is that you are both comfortable. Copyright © 2009 Raphael Rettner D.C. All Rights Reserved. Page 5 www.chirovideo.com
