Transit Deficit in south Fraser (SF) regionCurrent focus = get people to Vancouver ??TransLink numbers show need for SF community connectionsSF = roads and buses only - no LRT or StreetcarsAging population - transit for seniors and handicapped neededDisconnect between development (TOD) & transit due to focus
