� The attribute �last-modified� indicates when an object was last updated
� Replaces �changed� attribute
� Lead to deprecation of the �changed� attribute

� Phase 1 � Introduction of last-modified� Database updates submitted containing changed attribute accepted, but warning
message received
� Updates automatically changed to contain last-modified
� Implemented in September
� Phase 2 � Use of changed will be obsolete� Updates containing this attribute no longer be accepted
� Tentative implementation date after APRICOT 2018
